I got a question... Hows the pumping and clamping working out for you? I was actually researching this yesterday and found a thread on another one of those shitty forums forgot which one it was. That was referencing our legendary RED, saying that he was able to grow and cement girth gains fairly quick doing pumping and clamping right after. So I am considering doing a bit of that, though I know the word clamping makes DLD cringe and he'll probably be on my thread like "No! Stap! You will get thrombosis!".

I always side with the ways of the most safe. In my experience is seeing those who clamp, many do end up with thrombosis or discoloration so I do cringe to a certain extent. Whatever you do in PE be sure safety is paramount, an injury can keep you out of the game for a minute.

it is good to get them temp gains in for longer which in turn will help with the cementing , but the main thing is to do enough to get the great expansion but to be consistent its a difficult balance to do two intense exercises and keep the good eq for the next days workout if you are doing a 7 day programme

yeah totally , also to any brothers out there who lack in motivation or have a hard time being consistent I cam to a realisation earlier this morning , treat P.E as you would a diet , if you fall off for a day or two , it happens just take the next day as a new day and get back into what you were doing , its ok to have a cheat day every once in a while and that's fine as long as its only once in a while. I have been using this to try and keep me on the narrow with P.E take each day as it comes.

Excellent suggestion. I approached my training in the same way, just like I shower, eat, sleep and other daily necessities PE is just another daily necessity that needed to be included. Once it is a part of your daily life it becomes so much easier.
 
28/10/16 did end up getting in a small session before I go out which is good as was a substance infused night :P 2x10 min pumping

due to the night out I am going to take 29/10 as an off day and expect heavy spotting on 30/10 workout

30/10/16 eq still awful but got 7 mins in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] and called it a day as didn't want to overwork and stuff will see what tomorrow brings

It happens man, lay off the pumping for a min and the eq comes right back up.

31/10/16 eq was alto better 10 min pumping 5 min clamping , still red dots but just neeed to work myself fback up to intensity atelast I getting expansion
