Master the SLlowSquashJelqs and practice them often, they really are an incredible girth exercise. Don't fear injury too much either, everyone will go through issues but 99.9% of the time they are brief and teach us something we need to know. I can say with 100% certainty that the only injury that has ever occurred here that was permanent was a guy who had PE surgery and lost function, I have never heard of a permanent injury in natural PE.
