okay its that time of the month again
i decided to wait one day of no training before measuring to make sure any temp gains from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or clamp were gone so i got accurate measurements which i didnt do on the month before but i will be from now on .
this months measurements :
bone pressed length seated 19.4
bone pressed length standing 19.4
non bpl standing 16.7
nbpl seated 17.2
mid shaft girth 13.1
top shaft girth 12.4
base girth 14.2
head girth 13
bone pressed flacid stretch 20.5
last months
bone pressed length seated 19.6
bone pressed length standing 19.6
non bpl standing 16.5
nbpl seated 17.3
mid shaft girth 12.9
top shaft girth 12.1
base girth 13.6
head girth 12.7
i am estatic that my girth has gone up even just by a few mm but hey if one month yeilds .3mm on average thats an half an inch almost in 4 months. also half way through this month i did get a clamp so this month i will have a full month with the clamp . also my length has gone down slightly , most likely due to no stretching for a week when on holiday but i also think i am close to maxing out my lig gains in a short while , i do not mind as long as my girth goes up as thats what i i struggle to gain so all in all a good month ( yay girth)
also i may start to add a bp flacid stretch to the monthly measurements does anything deem this wise or a pointless addition
