13/2/15 I am going to do some air pumping for 20 minutes with a few breaks

edit I did do bout 40 mins of pumping with breaks and 300 jeqls some great tissue expansion

try to measure every month :) I think it was last page there was a measurements post .

15/2/15 only did my stretches 3x6x30 and 4x30 and I did some kegels as pc muscle was super tired

17/2/15 I was doing my usual stretches and a little ain like a sharp prick right underneath the glands , it was aching a little afterwards on and off going to see how if feels rest of day. maybe its a nerve or something? going to do some light stretches on it and massage through day to see if helps
 
the aching pain is still here this morning , it settled down last night , maybe erections during sleep aggravated it, does sound like it may be a bruise so I am just going to do kegels until its fixed.. this months been a nightmare

Give yourself a little time off from heavy work, just do some kegels and maybe some deep tissue massage and allow the injury to heal. It should not take too long and you'll be back at it.

yeah that's what I been trying to do , hopefully it isn't a compressed nerve , just bruising . the annoying ache when I move into a certain position is the worst thing :/ if its not feeling any better by sunday I may book appointment with doctor as I have to go anyway


dld what do u think it is ? a kind of internal bruise? hurts when I push in , or it moves round , otherwise it doesn't hurt at al really . I had an erection after I had the pain so I rule out penile trauma . plus no bruising on it and cant feel anything

still light aching occasionally , so still on down time . on lighter note my flaccid has been a lot longer then usual since this has happened maybe its healing in a elongated state or something ... silver linings and all that :P

Could be a deep tissue bruise, could be thrombosis, doubtful, but it could be nerve damage.

still very minimal pain now unless I start squeezing and prodding the area , I am going to restart training in march as am very nervous an anxious about healing process

No need to be nervous, the penis is very resilient, take the time off until it heals and you will be back at it.
 
really weak erection today , I been trying to have none since injury to speed healing . but it was weak an the head was like barely engorged , as I been doing kegels . maybe me lying in bed for few weeks is taking toll again . hope I haven't damaged the head
 
still gonna take time off. it feels as if my thickness I have gained is going , but I am not too worried as I should be able to gain it back hopefully
