A big ass post this time, taking Penis Enlargement to new heights.
Monday: Session felt pretty good again. Total workout time was 60 minutes and effective workout time 40 minutes, which means 20 minutes resting time. I normally don’t really kegel after my workout. After my workout today, I couldn’t kegel longer than 2 seconds for 15 minutes. After that it became normal. Could this be an sign of the reverse kegel effect?
I’m getting better in focussing with my mind on stretches, this is a way how mind power can aid physical power in Penis Enlargement. It’s like concentrating hard on body part that needs to be modified.
I wrote down a detailed version of my routine in an excel file. In this way you guys can check out my workout per day and I create more structure in my Penis Enlargement development. YES, I’m serious with this shit.
From now I’m trying to implement exercises that emphasize the inner ligs (not sure what it is called, between balls and anus) and the suspensory ligament. My purpose with this is to “kill” the suspensory ligament and pull that inner penis out.
Tuesday: My inner penis area feels sore. The soreness went away in the before the evening. Yesterday after my routine I applied baby lotion to my entire penis. My flaccid was noticeably bigger. I also got “bothered” a lot with semi-erections during the day. Got fed up with that and clamped edged my my dick for 30 minutes. After that again applied lotion. Was big flaccid
hanging at the gym, with the gray sweat pants. Too bad most of the chicks where gone or at the other area.
Studied the mother of all lig stretches thread. Now it has gotten into me! The ligament is pulled with the index finger in the opposite direction and NOT the dick. Tried some stretches but am too tired for Penis Enlargement. Will try to master this one proper.
Wednesday: Funny enough, my new developing stretch also kind of uses this theory. It is only more extreme and dangerous. I want to see which gives more gains, the dangerous way or the save way of execution. It is dangerous because of the high intensity, while the save method has variable intensity. From today I will only do my new stretch for the suspensory ligament and the stretching with two sticks for the inner ligs. This will show me whether it works or not and if the combination is good.
I will post it in the main forum next year, whether successful or not.
I got a good tip from homelesswombat. To replace my girth days for now with edging and kegeling. This means my routine is now L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R.
Was wrecking my suspensory ligament with the x-stretches. Shit was burning like a mofo!
I did 4 sets of 30s x-stretch (very intense and penis needs to be grabbed firm, that why I couldn’t hold them for long) and then directly do about 4 sets of 60s 2sticks-stretch to pull the inner dick out. Couldn’t not get the same intensity with inner dick as Monday.
Oh snap, couldn’t resist the temptation after 5 min of edging and blew my load.
Thursday: Again like Tuesday my flaccid is big and getting semi-erect on nothing.
I did some egding for 10 min and some clamped egding for 20 minutes. Not forcing expansion with it just filling it with blood.
In the evening I did some kegels. I can still feel some soreness around the public bone.
Notice that my routine this week is not like L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R, but next week it will. This week routine would be L- E&K-L-E&K-L-L-R. I’m curious to see what to 2 successive length days will do with my penile status and of course with gaining.
Friday:
Went to the barbershop. There was a really beautiful girl there. I had lots of eye contact with her, one look lasted about 20 seconds. But I didn’t had the guts to approach her.
Today’s workout was ok. I hit the suspensory ligament good, but had troubles with stretching the inner dick. I did feel the stretch it but couldn’t variate much in intensity. Was tired in the beginning and didn’t want to get through with the routine. But I went through and my motivation increased while performing exercises.
During my workout I was watching a documentary on the television: the world’s biggest penis. It featured two guys that claimed to be 12” and 14”( 1.75m height). The guy with a 14” had a 8” faccid. Damn, talking about huge. (I believe his name is Jonah Falcon.) They didn’t mention anything about girth. This also motivated me. Ok, I know he was born with it. But I will get my inches trough hard work. I know that DLD can beat him in a few years lol.
Saturday: Suspensory ligament area feels sore. Mostly around left and right of the ligament.

I just HAVE TO take advantage of that suspensory ligament. Going raw, gangsta and hardcore.
Did a step back with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] bars and wore it for 160 min. Focussing more on time than high tension. Will keep tension around 800 grams.
Sunday: Restday.
Blew my load 4 times this week. Got to reduce it next week.
I also have to stretch more manually.
This week no real pain from the tear.
