yeah DLD the
LengthMaster gets addictive and it actually feels good do do bundled stretches and hanging plus your doing so much for your penis length and girth each session. Here is my latest routine.
Length AM
- wake up and do 3 hard kegels, put on
SG 1.5 hrs or until ready to stretch,
- warm-up
- T-health warm-up/massage, ball stretches w/ timer, dynamic L sac stretch, dynamic R sac stretch, DLD sac stretch L/R and middle, stretch both sides together,

Bathmate 5 min. (Bathmate stretches out, down, when removing for base length)

LM stretches, bundled L/R and rolls, up/down, 25 kegel bursts each direction, hold each stretch for duration of a 3 min. sand timer, (out, Vs, up, down, footlongs L/R, btc, lazy stretch, mother ligstretch L/R, 25 rotaries), dynamic L/R, breath,

Bathmate 5 min.

LM bundled btc hanging L/R, 50 kegel bursts, 10-15 min. 5lb

Bathmate 5 min.
- Repeat
LM stretching

SG 1.5 - 2 hrs or rest of day (
PA stretches such as a stretches in between feel awesome)
- warm-down
- Erect kegel sprints at random times throughout day, ( sometimes I grab my balls while doing erect kegels)
Girth PM
- warm-up
- repeat T-health routine

Bathmate 10 min. girth blasters 5 reps (hold each kegel 30 sec., deep breaths, hard kegel, lean back )
- SSG ( I love the
SSJ reverse grip as seen in a demonstration video on this site, and I squeeze my glans using a regular horse squeeze style, and do 25 quick kegel bursts)

Bathmate 10 min. 5 girth blaster kegels
- SSG 5 min.
- warm-down
- 5 hard fowfer kegels before bed
- fowffers while sleeping
Using the
Bathmate,LM, and
SG combined with hard kegels is producing very fast results for me and I am fascinated with this stuff now. It;s so awsome to kegel throughout the day I've been having the best eq ever. Thanks to
