Hello guys,

I'm obviously a newbie around here, but I have been lurking for a while. I've been skeptical (understatement) but I feel like I've seen enough to warrant me trying this out. I read that easing my way into it is a good idea, so I was planning on doing basic newbie stuff for a couple weeks and ordering one of these products. I'm a college student and don't have close to $300 to drop on both of these guys. My question is, if you guys (given your experiences) had to purchase just one of these, which one would give me better results, by itself?

I'm currently 21 yrs, and I'm approximately 6.4 in length and about 4.7 in girth. My final goals would be around 7+ length, and maybe 6+ girth.

Sounds like you are already closing on your length goals, I would say grab a Bathmate X-40 and stick with the manual stretching.

I started doing manual stretching around Turkey Day, 2010. I started wearing extender mid-December. I got my Bathmate for christmas and started doing that.

My routine has been THE TOTAL ROUTINE for Jan-April. The only adjustments to this, is that every other day, I did all of my stretches bundled for girth work. I did this routine 5-6 days per week faithfully. Also took some male formula for supplementation, along with 500mg L-Arginine and 70 grams whey protein. (Also, working out 10-12 hours per week). Saw some great success with that program. Totally awesome!

I hit a wall at end of April. I switched it up and stopped doing extender work. I am now doing 80 minutes of hanging 2.5-7lbs, 4 days along with 3-5min sessions of Bathmate stretches. Also doing 5-7 minutes of manual stretching 5-6 times per day. No longer taking the male formula b/c I have issues with Tribulus.

Current Measurements:
FL - 5.25 in
EL - 7.125 in
EG - 6.5 in


I took DLD's advice/example and didn't measure until I hit 6 mos. Needless to say, I am AMAZED!
 
Quick question about the size genetics part DLD.

When you say basic stretching the first one is straight up. Is that just straight up, or straight up center, left, right? Same goes for straight down, etc.

Straight up = Center, left and right
Straight out = Center, left and right
Straight down = Center, left and right
 
This routine does sound like the best to me. I am going to try and start it up tomorrow. I'm going to add 5 min. of the Bathmate before and after each LM stretching session as-well.

Adding in the LengthMaster is a deal breaker! You will gain even more!
 
yeah DLD the LengthMaster gets addictive and it actually feels good do do bundled stretches and hanging plus your doing so much for your penis length and girth each session. Here is my latest routine.

Length AM
- wake up and do 3 hard kegels, put on SG 1.5 hrs or until ready to stretch,
- warm-up
- T-health warm-up/massage, ball stretches w/ timer, dynamic L sac stretch, dynamic R sac stretch, DLD sac stretch L/R and middle, stretch both sides together,
- Bathmate 5 min. (Bathmate stretches out, down, when removing for base length)
- LM stretches, bundled L/R and rolls, up/down, 25 kegel bursts each direction, hold each stretch for duration of a 3 min. sand timer, (out, Vs, up, down, footlongs L/R, btc, lazy stretch, mother ligstretch L/R, 25 rotaries), dynamic L/R, breath,
- Bathmate 5 min.
- LM bundled btc hanging L/R, 50 kegel bursts, 10-15 min. 5lb
- Bathmate 5 min.
- Repeat LM stretching
- Bathmate 5 min.
- LM bundled btc hanging L/R, 50 kegel bursts, 10-15 min. 5lb
- Bathmate 5 min.
- wear SG 1.5 - 2 hrs or rest of day ( PA stretches such as a stretches in between feel awesome)
- warm-down
- Erect kegel sprints at random times throughout day, ( sometimes I grab my balls while doing erect kegels)

Girth PM
- warm-up
- repeat T-health routine
- Bathmate 10 min. girth blasters 5 reps (hold each kegel 30 sec., deep breaths, hard kegel, lean back )
- SSG ( I love the SSJ reverse grip as seen in a demonstration video on this site, and I squeeze my glans using a regular horse squeeze style, and do 25 quick kegel bursts)
- Bathmate 10 min. 5 girth blaster kegels
- SSG 5 min.
- warm-down
- 5 hard fowfer kegels before bed
- fowffers while sleeping

Using the Bathmate,LM, and SG combined with hard kegels is producing very fast results for me and I am fascinated with this stuff now. It;s so awsome to kegel throughout the day I've been having the best eq ever. Thanks to MOS for all this information this is a great place.

thanks turnover, I can't smoke if I want to complete all that each day lol. How's your routine going turnover anything new. I'm on the fence about if I want to get the Bathmate X-40 or the vacu tech elliptical thick wall pump. I'm interested in testicle enlargement and pumping as-well. Won't I be able to get higher pressure and more length in the elliptical? Although I would save almost $100 if I go with the X-40. Thanks

Been on this for a while and it fucking rules. My biggest issue is that i sit with a ruler Everytime i have an erection because i cant believe the numbers.

Although this is some hard ass shit to do. My advise would be to do it for a period 30 days etc. With 100% and then take some time off. Trying to do this on a regular basis will take too much time from your life. So do it in periods and enjoy the results.

If you dont believe in pe. Then do this 1 month and see your mind getting blown.

Good question! Yes, you can use the Length routine only if you only want length (girth is the same).
