i think the bundled stretches can break the tunica but the basic stretching can help to really cement those gains....
Agreed. My extender is coming in soon and I think the next piece of equipment that I'm going to buy is gonna be the LM as well. It gives you a stretch like none other am I right I am gonna try this routine once I get my extender for 3 months then see what happens from there. If I see results I am going to stick with it an maybe add another exercise but if I don't then I'll come up with a new routine that suites me!
