Yeah, expect to have to take a few days off. It will leave you with an aching base. Some days you'll be fine, other days it will catch up to you, but in the long run, it is well worth it. Within 10 days you'll see a longer, thicker penis, i promise you. Within 30 days... well, we shall see what happens after 30 days.
 
So after reading this i have to get a Bathmate!!

Quick question...if you only get one chance a day to use the Bathmate could you say do half your normal routine...then get in the shower and pump it fo full suction when fully erect and do 3sets of 30s stretching in each direction then leave it on for 5more mins at a high pressure...take it off and then edge then warm down.

I just want to know the best way to make gains using it once per day.

The best way to use the Bathmate is as a super-et tool. I like to mix it up with Slow Squash Jelqs but you can use the basic jelq and do the same thing. I like this because it really stops much of the fluid retention and brings much greater tissue expansion. Basically do 1 set of jelqing for 5 minutes and follow it up with a 5 minute pumping session, repeat this 3 times.
 
Ah ok...and you think once a day will be enough to gain...i really like the idea of pulling when pumped to increase internally...as i have 3inches or more of internal penis!

So basically ill do my normal routine, get in shower..erect penis Bathmate, the 30s stretch sets, then ssj and repeat?
 
You can also do the Hardcore Stretches, that will speed the process.
 
The Hardcore stretches being?...ill be joining up tomorrow..but i need to go to bed, its nearly 1am and i have work at 8am!

But if my normal routine is say 10mins stretching, 150side to side stretches then 80real slow 5-7s jelqs....how would you adjust it to using the Bathmate?...or would you do the same but add the Bathmate in to help pull out the internal tissue?

Read the first post in the thread, it explains Hardcore Stretching. I suggest that the Bathmate is worked into the jelqing routine (5 minutes every 5 minutes) and I also suggest ending the Bathmate/Jelqing routine with Hardcore Stretching. Your normal stretching session will remain the same. Work into this slow, over a few days, to get to know your way around the Bathmate.

An inch in a month is very possible with this routine but it is extremely intense and takes time.
 
Yo, is this routine good enough to maintain length on do you reckon?

The girth version of it is catching my eye for that 2 week holiday i have, but i don't want that to mean i lose any length. I just want to settle my score with girth and hit 6 MSEG. I just did a measure of my exact wanking hand position and it's saying 5.75. So i have gained a quarter inch since the start of the year. (I know measuring your hand is unreliable but literally, i know how i wank and 5.75 is my index finger and thumb making a perfect OK grip loop. No overlapping).

I feel i can do 1/4 inch of girth in a month on that routine but i don't want to get 6 inches in girth and be back at 7.4 inches BPenis EnlargementL. I want 6 inches MSEG and 7.6 inches in BPenis EnlargementL (That's saying i don't gain any length on the girth version).

Had a clarifying question or two. If I understand this correctly this workout can be done 2 ways:

1) Bathmate Girthblasters; Bathmate Hardcore Stretches; SizeGenetics Extender while at work

2) Manual Stretches; SizeGenetics Extender while at work; After work Bathmate Hardcore Stretches; Bathmate Girthblasters

Stop me there if I am wrong but assuming that is correct could the Hardcore Stretches also be added before the SizeGenetics on Workout 2? Or are 2 BathmateHS too much for one day?

Also is there any benefit to doing the girth portion before the length portion or vice versa?

The order is up to you and your schedule. I prefer to do all girth work in the evening and all of my length during the day. If I do girth first it makes it difficult to get into the extender or get a good stretch. BTW, this workout is guaranteed to make you gain!

Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like the 2nd one is the one I will start with. As far doing the Hardcore stretches before both the length and girth portions, is 2 times a day too much for those (disregarding available time)? Would doing the Hardcore stretches (minus the girth follow up) before the SizeGenetics work? Or would the "Plumping" side effect of the Bathmate stretching make using the SizeGenetics difficult?
 
It's not too much.

However if you're gonna do 2 Bathmate sessions, do shorter ones. So if you were doing a half an hour session at night, do two 15 minute sessions and split them up so morning and evening. Don't go in the SizeGenetics straight after a Bathmate session either. Stretch out and massage your penis after you come out of the Bathmate or your penis will look like a Jason victim when it comes out of the SizeGen.
