yeah me too dude ! , my hope is this is gonna be my strict base routine to build on , so when I want girth ill just add in clamping pumping [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] etc , but keep the base part of the routine . also looks like you've come far with your gains too . that 9nbpel is something I crave for haha :P I need to drop a good few lbs first though

I hit the 214 mark today. This is a total loss of 7 pounds. Slowly but surely:) 180 is the goal.

180 is my goal too , I got down to 196 then new pills have shot me up to 210 blooming annoying as I was making progress .

lol, I got the biggest mind fuck about 2 months ago. I knew that I weighed 220 and I went to weigh myself again on one of those medical scales and the scale said 201 pounds and I was soon happy. When I came back the next week I realized I was looking at kg instead of pounds on the adjustment scale. So when I recalculated it I actually was 221 pounds! Big mind fuck. Anyway, now that I know now I am using the scale correctly I am at between 213 and 214. Loosing this weight is a long wait:) but one I am dedicated to. My diet has been solid even though my exercise is lagging and I lost 7 pounds, if I would get off my ass and workout I would be loosing so much more. I praise God for getting me where I am and I am so looking forward to the goal of 180. I am already very muscular so I really do not need to weight train but cardio would really get things moving faster. I am glad we are struggling together!:)

Yes bro, he was disappointed about the water illusion thing. Though it could just have been the water is a much better medium for vacuum so isn't all too distorted really.

Consistency is king but I am sure you already know this. Measurements reflect a slight variation in size and I would chalk this up to inconsistency. Get on that horse again and keep on task, I want to see these measurements increase my Brother!

yeah I had a great month!!! just with lady friend here I did nothing , except like 100 ish crappy jelqs while in shower quick .now she has been and gone time to knock up these gains .

I was super surprised I had gained my girth back after a 7 day break before measurements
