as for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words], maybe try some edging before hand so its easier to get hard when using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words]? or just go in flaccid, i do it sometimes. you have to take it a little slower to give it time to fill up with blood but its ultimately the same

well I haven't done a proper measuring but did measure yesterday and at midshaft I hit a solid 13.2 cm girth which is staying above 13 now which is progress , I would like a 6 inch girth minimum (below glands) is a goal but that's long term

I find I near enough get same expansion in the air pump as in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] just takes a little longer

a more vascular penis definitely means an increase in blood flow and this will lead to gains so I think you are on the right track.

yeah glad I am on the right track I think this is the key to girth gains getting them veins to grow so u don't require pumps for expansion as the veins can supply blood manually If that makes sense.

Indeed, bigger veins mean more blood flow to the penis which will eventually become bigger gains. PE comes in stages and some of the first signs of growth are more veins.

this is great , also I have been looking into slammers and reverse kegelling which I cant seem to get my head around as I am not sure if I am reverse kegelling or not.

Reverse Kegels are the muscle movement you experience when pushing the flow of urine. You do not have to be urinating to do them but it is a good way too isolate and find the flex. The reason for using the reverse kegel is to allow you to stretch without the pelvic floor muscles taking up the intensity, when you do a RK it releases these muscles and allows the stretch to go directly to your penis.

also another question , is there a limit on how much girth you can grow . I am just 5 " girth , an would like 6.25" but my skin already has some little stretch marks on it will this hinder me being able to gain girth ? as the skin can only stretch so much or as long as repeated stretching over time things will work out?

Actually the skin is extremely easy too stretch and accommodate more girth. The biggest limiting factor is the Tunica and this should be attacked through Bundled Stretching, these stretches work double time in breaking down Tunica tissue. Couple these with SlowSquashJelqs and you can really get the girth to blow up quickly. Even better is adding a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] into the mix, this used with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in a superset scenario will bring the fastest girth expansion. I started at 4.75 and made it to 6.75 after about 9 years of training.

Well I did gain my first 2" in the first six months of PE if that gives you more hope. It was the next 2" that took all those years.
