also today my clamping cable things had arrived , naturally i wanted to try them out was fun XD did two 5 mins sets one clamped at base and other clamped at base behind balls, didnt use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or anything else today as didnt wanna over work with trying something new :) . is there any partiuclar strategy or something to get best use out of the clamps . any link or something would be appreiceated

In the Clamping forum their is a ton of routines and methods.

yes a good month with not many missed days so the work had paid off ! :)

ahh my health , have been unwell had some bug that was going round , also i will be visiting the doctors at some point to get my testosterone checked.

if its low would T meds help with gains at all.

possibly but it would need to be strikingly low.

Multi-angle stretching will always brings the best results. Covering all the angles you can will bring gains from all those angles. Sticking to one stretching style will only bring gains from that direction. Your routine looks good since you have included this.

yeah well stretching i can do in private as bathroom time is limited due ot family , which is also why i have clamps now as cant always use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] . but yeah i really hoping for 9.5" bpl and in desperate need of girth as only 5" average girth along shaft

16/05/14 2 x 5 mins in clamp an felt very fatigued so didnt do anything else for today if erection quality is back up to scratch tomorrow i will resume training , erection quality is cruical as i really want ot build on girth .

19/05/1 i just did 3 sets of clamping 5 minutes each
20/05/14 same clamping as yesterday and the 6 sretch directions (3 direction each) today .

also i will be going to visit a friend this thursday for 5 days will take my clamp with me an thats about i think :P so no time off XD
