Spotting is perfectly normal and will always fade after a few hours.

yeah , its gets lighter after a few hours but doesn't completely go away . I just get scared of like 200 red dots on my penis :D

If these dots stick around for longer periods and they embarrass you with your wife than I say make a schedule that avoids these dots on the days you are making love. Aside from that, they will happen and go away.

i will try , I took yesterday off , I noticed I have like a tin scab (unpickable) on my scrotum / base of penis like where the two meet where turkey neck would be , I cut it ages ago from shaving and maybe I did it again without realising , should I stay off working out till its fixed? it doesn't give any pain unless I like rub over the area firmly
