How much did you gain overall from your hanging endeavors? I've just started hanging myself, started at 6lbs.

I don't remember the exact position I first measured in, so I don't know exactly how much I gained. I do know that it was between .375 and .875 inches. That was done in about 6-8 months of hanging starting at 5 lbs and going up to around 20 lbs.

I would say I averaged about .75 lbs a week. I have two small weights, one that is .5 lbs and another that is 1.25 lbs. Basically almost every week I would go up with one of those. To be honest you can easily move up without a problem until you start to reach 12+ lbs (granted you don't have issues like some people do with back pain or something weird like that. At first you need to stretch the skin a bit and when the weights get higher it will get painful so you can't move up too fast.

Are you just going to end up increasing the weight when you feel the need, or amount of sets? I guess either way you're going to increase your volume. Just wondering how. Less intensity for longer, or more intensity for the same amount of time?

Well I can't give you a definite "I will do this" answer just yet. My goal is to gain 2.5 more inches of BPenis EnlargementL to reach 10 inches (although I think I was close to about 8 inches before so I might gain that back quick and maybe just settle with gaining 2 more inches).

This is my plan. For the next three months I will stick to a lower number of sets, like 1 or 2 a day, and slowly increase the weight. If I see I am making gains at a good rate I will continue with doing a lower number of sets. The main reason for this is because even though hanging doesn't require your hands, it is still a tough process because you have to be seated for log periods of time with absolutely no mobility. It is hard to work into your life if you already have a busy schedule.

If this fails, I will go back to 4 or 5 sets a day. The reason for this is because the source that I have relied on the most in the past for hanging information is Bib, who also makes the hanger I use, and he recommends no less than 10 hours a week. So, if my plan doesn't work I will just commit even more time to this and do the 10 hours a week.

I am still not sure how important it is to hang for a high amount of time versus just going heavier, but I would prefer less time even if it means slightly less gains BUT ONLY IF I CONTINUE TO GAIN AT ALL.

I'll report back and update my progress with time, but like I said, sorry that I can't give you a definite answer right now.
 
I know what you mean. It's ok you don't have an answer mate. I was just curious. Either way you decide to do things (+wight or +time) you're still increasing the overall volume workload. Math can help with volume calculations, if it matters to you. :)

Either way, good reports. Just food for thought.

There are those that advocate both methods or at least claim to have made gains with either method. Have you checked out the hardcore hanging sticky in the hanging section? Dashdeming claimed to have gained something like a little less than 3 inches by doing 1 set with heavy weights. If I could gain that amount with the gains I've already made then I will be set.

Two points of interest. The first is that I am going to call my hanging Straight Down instead of BTC because the angle if actually SD.

The second is I measured again and I was a solid 7.75 inches BPenis EnlargementL measured in a way that I think is similar to my old way of measuring. I could reach 8 inches even if I measured at a different angle, but for the sake of consistency I will use the 7.75 measurement. That is up .25 from my previous measurement, so I think I am gaining back some of my old gains and making room for new ones.
