I have started to lose weight again and I am looking forward to the visual gains coming. I am now 185 and I am shooting for 170 so not a big loss but it will bring a lot of bang to the non bone pressed penis.
 
Just wanted to post something because I haven't done so in a while and I can't bear to see my thread drop to the second page lol...

The routine I am on now I think is particularly amazing as I think I have begun to see an increase rate of gains with slightly less work. I won't post the gains I have been seeing just yet though because I am only going to do so at 1/4 inch intervals to limit measurement errors.

This is my current routine though:

1. I do two sets of hanging BTC at around 19 lbs, increasing by either .5 lbs or 1.25 lbs each week. I also sometimes only get in one set, but try to get in two as much as possible.
2. I now go about four or five days at a time without ejaculating, and when I do so I only do it once or twice and then stop. This has caused my very good erection quality and constant hard ons.
3. I believe I have increased my BPFSL something like an inch since then and my BPenis EnlargementL about half an inch, so now I can do it comfortably. As far as manual stretches go, this is by far the best that I have ever done. I have never felt a stretch like this with my hands, especially when doing kegels or reverse kegels (basically DLD Blasters).

All of this takes much less time than my previous routine of hanging 4 sets and doing 3 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], plus it is less mentally draining because my only true priority is to get in my 2 hanging sets, and the rest is supplementary. I'll write up a better post once I get some solid gains again.

Nope, not at all. Maybe because I space the girth work and hanging at least an hour apart. I am getting hanger attachment pain though because of the weight. I just wanted to update this thread with some progress. Before I was using one long bar, one medium, and the small 1/2 inch one. Now I am using two full long bars. I am not able to strap in extremely easily, but it is the first time I've been able to use these length bars.

Alright guys, here is an update: I've once again hit a point of slight frustration. I am stuck around a BPenis EnlargementL of 7.75 inches at a max, and I am afraid I am getting that simply out of measuring slightly at a different angle.

I am hoping to hit 8 BPenis EnlargementL soon as that would be a first for me and would definitely clear up any uncertainties I am still having about whether I am actually growing. Well so far I haven't seen any results that would lead me to believe that there is any difference in gains between doing 2 sets a day and 4 or more a day. A couple of weeks ago I had to stop all Penis Enlargement for around 7-9 days because of the moving process I went through and that was the first time since starting hanging that I have no hung at least one set a day (except two days when I had to take an emergency flight months ago). I think that week or so that I had to take off had a slight negative effect that I am just now working through, but other than that as I said I see no difference between 2 sets a day and 4 sets. If I continue to see gains at the rate I have been I will just stay with 2 sets, but if my gains stop or slow noticeably then I will switch back to 4 sets to see if that's the problem.

As far as extending, I know many people have said they have seen no results from doing it alone and the guys that do see results are doing something like 5+ hours daily, but I think it is still somewhat useful for me in two main ways (this is assuming I do my 2 sets of hanging every day and not as a substitute):

Serious game is just having enough experience to not give a shit or give up easily (go till the hoe says no) and having the right lines at the right time, which also comes from experience. Plus I've seen your physique, maybe it's just the pictures, but you have a pretty damn good build.

I have a loaner/ aggressive personality myself, but I pull anyways. That's not an excuse. I am willing to be that if you approached 100 women in the next year and kept talking/flirting/trying to get their number within reason until they really let you know it wasn't going to happen, you would at least get 10 of them (more likely 25-40, but I'm being conservative). 4. I also randomly do A stretches or DLD Blasters. My dick has definitely gotten longer so I can now comfortably fit my wrist between my penis and my other arm in nearly any position I am sitting. I DO NOT DO THESE CONSISTENTLY, BUT I FEEL THEY ARE A GREAT WAY TO HELP LENGTH. I was never a fan or believer that normal manual stretches do much, at least not for me. The A Stretches and DLD Blasters, however, feel great and I really should do them consistently.



I have revised my goals to the following:

BPenis EnlargementL: 11 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL: Something between 9.5 to 10.5 inches (This is my main length goal, but I am not sure how my fat pad is going to factor in or at what ratio of BPenis EnlargementL/NBPenis EnlargementL I will grow)
EG: 7 inches (I am not sure about girth yet because I am focused on length. I will probably revise this goal, especially considering I think girth is more important than length). All of the measurements are sitting down except the [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] (the NBP and not stretched one). The difference standing is something like .25 inches to possibly .5 inches less at the very most. TBH I'm surprised that I have continued to gain and the rate of growth may even have slightly increased. If I get another .125 inches and reach 8.125 inches BPenis EnlargementL, that'll be a full inch gained. Let's see how this goes over the next year.

I went up to around 25 lbs hanging, but had to stop for a month recently. I have decided to take it as a deconditioning break, and have not lost any gains. I am starting to hang 1 set of 20 minutes a day again and will try to go straight through with this routine progressively increasing the weight until I see more gains or I feel I need another deconditioning break.

So what is noteworthy about my gains is my nearly 1 inch in eight or so months gained BPenis EnlargementL. If anyone has questions I will be checking in over the next week or so to update.
