Just wanted to post an update regarding the program that you recommended. To reiterate, here is my entire routine:
2 days on/1 day off
1. 15 mins Heavy Duty Static Stretcher @ 6 3/4" (stretch).
2. Borage Oil + Massage + 5-15 minutes hot wrap (depending on needs).
3. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Jelq
4. 2 minutes restoration (light jelq, heli-shakes, hot wrap, etc.)
5. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Horse Squeeze
6. 2 minutes restoration
7. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Edging
8. 4 minutes light jelqing/heli-shakes.
9. 5-20 minutes hot wrap (depending on how much time I have).
Beyond the Static Stretcher, I do all of this while watching adult entertainment to stay engorged. I am still on my first week of the program; having just finished my first 2 on/1 off. On the second day - within my workout - my mid-girth shot up from 4 5/8" to 4 13/16" (non-clamped) and to 4 7/8" (clamped); I also experience several PIs: fuller and larger flaccid and warmth. These PIs also carried through to the next day (off day).
Within my workout today, my mid-girth increased to 4 7/8" (non-clamped) and 5" (clamped)! That's nearly an 1/8" increase since my last workout, and definitely the best short-term gains ever recorded!!! I'm completely stoked and will continue to post my updates here.
