Just wanted to post an update regarding the program that you recommended. To reiterate, here is my entire routine:

2 days on/1 day off

1. 15 mins Heavy Duty Static Stretcher @ 6 3/4" (stretch).
2. Borage Oil + Massage + 5-15 minutes hot wrap (depending on needs).
3. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Jelq
4. 2 minutes restoration (light jelq, heli-shakes, hot wrap, etc.)
5. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Horse Squeeze
6. 2 minutes restoration
7. 10 mins Cable Clamp + Edging
8. 4 minutes light jelqing/heli-shakes.
9. 5-20 minutes hot wrap (depending on how much time I have).

Beyond the Static Stretcher, I do all of this while watching adult entertainment to stay engorged. I am still on my first week of the program; having just finished my first 2 on/1 off. On the second day - within my workout - my mid-girth shot up from 4 5/8" to 4 13/16" (non-clamped) and to 4 7/8" (clamped); I also experience several PIs: fuller and larger flaccid and warmth. These PIs also carried through to the next day (off day).

Within my workout today, my mid-girth increased to 4 7/8" (non-clamped) and 5" (clamped)! That's nearly an 1/8" increase since my last workout, and definitely the best short-term gains ever recorded!!! I'm completely stoked and will continue to post my updates here.

Hey red I sent you a pm a few days ago asking if it was better to split my routine in half of each exercise and go 2 on 1 off or do length day/girth day. If I did length day girth day, would there be a need to take any days off? I have to make the switch because my routine will be done in the shower in college and I don't want to take too much time in there.

Also any idea at this rate how long it will take to get some gains length and width?
Im taking ideas from here, per World wonder Im skimming down a little on the slaps and double ok sign. Also Any idea about how well the jelquing devices work? I have my goals written down along with my stats now, but Im trying to avoid checking every week or even every month, I want to check in 4 months, unless my fiancee says something sooner. ( I havent told her).

It's impossible to say what kind of gains you will see. This Penis Enlargement stuff varies with gains for different guys. Just remember to stay consistent and keep focused.

Try to exhaust all gains you can from wet jelqing. Jelqing is a fairly basic exercise so gaining all you can from that is good. That will set you up for gains with more advanced exercises. No need to jump into high level shit if you gaining from the basics.
 
I havn't committed to a wet jelqing routine for any amount of time, so I don't know that I'm necessarily gaining. That's why I asked if I WOULD gain length from just wet jelqing.

Usually you won't gain length from girth exercises like jelqing. Rarely. If you do gain length from just jelqing then it wont be much.
 
It's all very well doing half an hour of jelqs and 30 mins of power stretching for a year and only seeing 1/16th of an inch gain or using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and not seeing results. What if you'd done phase 4 or 5 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program? would you have seen faster and more effective results from the get go using a REAL intense program??

Thats hard to tell. You can use a certain exercise, but might not gain from hit. Just because something is more intense doesn't mean someone will gain better from it. Generally, the more intense, the easier the gain should be but that aint necessarily true. Besides, you want to get all the gains you can from a lighter less intense routine, and when you can;t gain no more, then switch to a higher intensity.
 
Hey Red, quick basic question, are you supposed to see gains from phase 1 or is that just designed to loosen you up and get you in a "routine" for phase 2 where you will start gaining?

You should see gains in phase 1, more then likely.

Hey all, I'm brand new to the site and have to say I'm very intrigued. Before I really get started in all this, I guess I have a couple of quick questions so I can set some realistic goals. First of all, I don't want any extra length (7" from pelvis), wife just can't handle it. However, I and she would like me to add AS MUCH girth as possible. Presently, my girth is aroun 5" from head to base. I guess my real question is is it possible to add 2-3" in girth? My wife and I would love for me to be somewhere between 7-8+" in girth and I know it will take a lot of time and dedication, but just want to know if it's even possible. Thanks for your time!
 
Another quick question, what can I do to ejaculate without touch and/or have wet dreams again? Ive tried abstaining from sex for 3-4 weeks to no avail.

Dude for real anything over 7" girth is too much. But thats your call. To gain 2-3" in girth would take a VERY long time. Possible but a shitload of time.

Thanks for the reply. Believe me, I know that 7" is a lot but that and beyond is my ultimate goal. My wife and I have been "playing around" with different sizes and she LOVES it around the 8" mark, even a bit bigger...;) Don't get me wrong, I know that that kind of gains will take a VERY LONG time and require serious dedication but we're up to the challenge. Yeah, I would love to see my wife's "lips" wrapped around 7+ inches of girth and I know she would enjoy it just as much as I would...:-) All this girth interest only came to light a few months ago while playing with different things. It really became a "big" deal when we start to play around with fisting. She absolutely loves it! RED, I'm new to this forum and I'm still trying to learn how to navigate threw it. About 6 months ago I had my prostate removed. Since the surgery I have been dealing with ED. I've tryed the pills which did nothing for me. I've tryed the penile injections it sort of worked but my penis was so sore that I didn't even want to use it and I only got half erection. So it wasn't worth the trouble. On top of that I just couldn't get myself to inject myself and my wife was not going to do it. So I've read that pumping could help, Doc also said try it could help also. So I ordered a pump with a gauge and some cock rings the other day, should have them by the end of the week. I must say this forum sure has alot of info but I can't seem to find any threads on pumping to help ED. Can you steer me in the right derection?

Sorry to hear about that. Pumping will help your EQ and a good guide on that can be found here . Also a normal Penis Enlargement routine in time will help EQ too. You either want it or you dont, its simple as that. It can get boreing I suppose but you must set a goal and targets what you want from it. Check out the sticky thread in the mental penis enlargement section on useing paper cut outs to see your goal in physical before it happens.

Use sensible pornstar sizes or guys on here for goals to reach. Set small goals for example 1/4 inch length gains and 1/8 inch girth gains in a few months and than keep adjusting it, so your not knocked back mentally when you dont see a massive gain in inches dureing those first months.

You also dont need to do loads of Penis Enlargement to gain either, as I have proven time and time again. This can put people off as they assume ones whole life must evolve around it ... I am considering joining and trying to increase the size of my penis. However, I looked at the sample stretch exercise where you sort of drape your penis over your wrist and my faccid penis is no where near long enough to do that stretch. I am 5" erect and about 2 and a half flaccid. Seems like this program is set up for guys who are bigger than that to begin with

You don't have to grab your wrist with your other hand. It just gives you stability. Maybe that's a goal you can work for.

I'm after a longer penis right now as my girth is naturally big so i feel it needs less work at this point in time.

So, i was thinking, if i do length in the morning thats a brief work out (15 mins or so) and then did another proper length session with jelqing to finish at night and every two nights do a girth workout, would this be more beneficial or would focussing on length right now be the best option?

My length is what concerns me the most at the moment, i'm really aiming to bust out 8". I know it's an inch and it won't come to quick but i have gained an inch in a month at the start so i'm determined to get atleast 7.5 before Christmas.

1] Clamping [Constrictors is the term I gave them as not everyone uses a clamp] is just one step to the method with the other exercises done while in the enlarged state adding additional stress to the penis. For example doing clamped horse squeezes VS normal horse squeezes. The former is much more powerful because you are working with more blood which is getting more larger engorgement to the penis than it would normally which than in time equals a better growth because you have been working to the best intensity you can.

Let me explain with another example. This time a length exercise such as a simple stretch underneath the glans of the penis and pulling towards the belly button. I call this when done clamped a TCS/CTS. When done un clamped you will feel a nice stretch in the external tunicae but when you do it clamped WOW you really feel this in the penis and this is again because you are working with MORE penis, more blood inside the penis that you are effectively molding like clay into a larger unit with time ... you are stretching a penis in its maximum enforged state externally via its tunicae which places allot of stress onto it, more so than it not being clamped and its this extra stress which I found and seen in members doing this that speeds up the growth process.

To put it simply ... clamping is an excellerant for Penis Enlargement and can be used in MOST methods with common sense apart from hanging really but I have tried it years ago. The clamping is like very flammable liquid being poured all over its target and than the flame [The exercises being added such as CTS/TCS] comes along and ignites ... you see a massive fire start [The exercise] which would be more powerful than without excellerant. Ofcourse you can also see more negative things with clamping if overdone, so I always suggest that users dont go mad with it but train intense albeit with more rest days.

2] I have always touted Clamped Horse Squeezes for really helping me with girth, they started allot of the early larger gains I got when I used shoe lace. Clamped ATS rollors which is the rolling pin pushing down on the penis while on a flat surface for width, also helped allot get me to a more wider unit. I have since created Frendo's which are even more powerful for width, Frendo's being Crushers in Latin incase you wonder.

Lastly Standard constrictors or simply put clamped edgeing has also been very effective. Just jerking for a X amount of time and not shooting a load while keeping at a very high erection voulume done regularly works wonders for the size.

Hi the former option sounds fine and would work alright for you doing girth & length with splits like that inbetween but you say that length is more important at the moment, so I suggest you just do a length only routine and do no girth stuff because to your surprise you WILL find that with length routines, girth gains will still come about as when your length gets longer the base of the penis starts to get thicker to accomodate the increase.

I have been using your length routine for about a month and a bit. Started using it at the beginning of August and gained 0.3 in August. Not bad at all. Little strong for a newbie i would imagine but for someone with some experience its good.

Take some rest and until it heals up dont use high intensity. Use the cold compress and hot treatment.

Check out the Hirudin cream, which is from Leeches and great for such injuries which can be purchased here < A member on the forums has just bought from them and also try searching Cosagrande.com and buying the cheap oil which also contains Leech extracts to heal veins and help circulation.

Red, differently from other people, soon after i start jelqing, my penis goes from a semi-erect state to a flaccid state. i don't know why that happens, and i wonder if jelqing the penis flaccid still works? Also, i don't know how hard should i jelq, should I apply my maximum force? is there a way for me to know if i'm doiing right?
