Hello again Red, been a while since I last posted but wanted to run a few things by you for some professional advice. Here goes...
Okay, I've been "playing" around with Penis Enlargement over the last few months sort of getting my penis conditioned for what was to come. Playtime is now over and I'm ready to get down to business. I recently moved over-seas and will be away from the family for the next 15 months and have nothing but time for my Penis Enlargement sessions and wanted to ask for a bit of help.
I am primarily after "GIRTH" with a little bit of added length if the Penis Enlargement Gods so choose. I stated this in an earlier post a few weeks back but the wife can't take a LOT of length an hence the reason for focusing on girth. Presently, my measurements are around 6x5. I've been reading a lot of your work on constrictors and Frendo's and have a pretty good understanding. But to get right to it, here is what I've been doing the last week. I know for a relative newbie it is probably a bit much. However, I want to make as much progress over the next 15 months as possible. Anyway...
- 5-15 mins of very warm water from shower head to get circulation going
- 500-700 wet jelqs (some fast, some slow and as intense as I can handle without causing pain)
- 15-20+ mins of pumping
Then the clamp goes on and...- edge for 5-10 mins to get it good and full

- Here is where I sort of improvised a bit for the Frendo's as I don't have all the tools yet. I start with 30-45 secs of squeezes. I do this with my penis setting in one palm and heal of the other hand on top of the penis. I then squeeze it as hard as I can for 30-45 secs. Switch hand position and repeat. I do this probably 8-10 times. This has me really excited about doing the Frendo's because just using my hands is creating CRAZY expansion. On my last session I also used a hard piece of plastic and just put weight on it while my penis was on the table. Not as comfortable, but still worked well.
- After that I'll do a few slow jelqs and then just edge for a while
- Finally, I head back to the shower, do some hella shakes (or what every you called them) and then warm down with the showerhead for a good 10-15 mins.
From warm up to warm down, my last session was around 1.5 hours.
Now that you have an idea of what I'm doing, some questions with a few things I'm noticing.
1. I'm getting GREAT girth expansion right below my gland and at the base (2 1/2" width). However, I notice that I'm not getting the same expansion mid shaft. Is this normal? Will it even out or what?
2. For the Frendo's, have you or anyone you know doing these had a problem with balancing your penis between the plates or whatever you’re squeezing it between? Mine tends to role to one side or the other and I'm worried about it developing an odd shape. Should I be concerned about this?
3. Last question for now is with the routine I stated above, would this also target some length gains? I know it's a huge goal and some may think I'm crazy, but my end all goal is to be around 7x7 or so...
Well, I'm sorry this is so long but I hope you can help me modify my program to the best girth producing program possible. Remember I have the next 15 months of intense Penis Enlargement work to do and I want to gain as much as humanly possible...
