Hey Red. I'm doing the one day on one day off routine. I was wondering your view on going from a 40 minute sesson a day to 2 20 minute sessions in a day. And does this change the days off?

Based on some of my experiments and the research that I have compiled on Penis Enlargement, I am curious to know if it is beneficial/necessary to take programmed time off? Hypothetically, it may be beneficial to take like 5-10 days off per every 2-3 months to illicit further gains. Do you think that this is true for girth work?

That sounds fine to me and is easier aswell breaking the session up like that. You could also recharge yourself and be more fresh for the 2nd session as sometimes with longer ones you are half arsed or your penis fatigued from the work.

I wouldnt change the days off at this stage.

This is a good point and I'm glad you have brought it up :)
I do think its very beneficial to take time off every so often form anything to aid the body to heal itself and recover from the stress its been through and Penis Enlargement is no different at all.

I would honestly say this isnt just true for girth work but length work aswell.

I havent got the link on me at the moment but maybe you have heard of Arthur Jones? the late master of HIT in bodybuilding and the owner o MedEx & Nautilus exercise machines that helped many millions of people get fitter and also get injured limbs better.

Arthur Jones could promise any advanced bodybuilder he could increase the size of their biceps in a few days of training.

They would meet him, he would take a measurement of the bicep and note it down than tell them for the next 3-4 days just sit around and enjoy yourself. Chill out in the sun and relax, dont do any weight lifting or cardio etc.

Once they cameback he would measure the arms again and a slight increase had occured in the sizes of the mens arms, not talking about inches here but 1/8 inch but still its a GAIN and in time that can build a large city.

The men nethertheless were shocked and pleased. Mr Jones explained that they were so advanced, been doing this stuff for years eachday for like two sessions eachday lasting something like 1-2 hours at a time that they were severely overtrained and that the 3-4 days rest had given the body time to heal, recover and grow.

Getting back to Penis Enlargement ... yes its vital to take a break now and again from your workouts and even though allot of men will say different plus its easy to think different when you see genetic freaks in the Penis Enlargement world who gain so well on 7 days training but takeing that break will be very positive and gains will come.

You can try whatever type of stretch you like clamed but use common sense not to bend it oddly rofl

In the clamping section I have a thread on a good clamped stretch called the CTS/TCS stretches and also in the guide 'U' stretches were good and erect bends.

Erect stretching is very powerful and effective indeed but it isnt done as much because of the potential dangers which are obvious if done wrong VS flaccid.

Your stretching out that engorged clamped penis to its maximum and overtime it has to grow new spaces compensate for the stress.
 
What do you think going back to jelqing is worth? I get the felling the more I clamp the more I adapt to it. I want to do clamped edging about 15 minutes. I was doing this for hours some days and felt pointless. Now I want to jelq for 30-45 minutes and clamp edge for about 15-20 minutes. think its effective for girth?

Just started this program 07.31.09 (I have been Penis Enlargementing consistently now for 1.5 months since my last break). I will be doing it 1 day on, 1 day off. After completing the 1st workout on 07.31.09, I only gained an additional 1/8" in temporary girth (pretty sure it was NOT lymph fluid though). Slightly pumped post workout, but it did not last more than an hour, and the next day I am completely back to normal - no soreness either.

Got any tips for me? Should I stick with this program? Should I perform it more often (2 days or 3 days on, 1 off)?

I know you are a busy man... I have read a litany of your posts, and a lot of people look up to you for advice... I genuinely appreciate your time and consideration.

My response is swift yet not done so to fob you off and come across as not being arsed with a response, but because allot of the info for you is possibly ready. I have a few routines made that work well and from the sounds of it you could do well with one of those instead of what your doing now.

Check this out and you'll see three routines from a Girth & Length combo to doing just Lenght or Girth seperate, its your choice but they will work.

Exercises and schedule explained in the thread but if you need help than just ask me, no problems.

Hey red whats going on? I am pretty much brand new to Penis Enlargement and was wondering something. As far as squeezing goes, what is a good squeeze routine i can combine into my current routine? And also, what does squeezing focus on, girth?

My current routine:

7 Days On, No days Off:

*- 10min warm-up (hot cloth)

*- DLD's newbie stretching routine

*- 300 wet (i use aloe vera lotion) jelqs (3 sets, inbetween each set i do about 50kegals

That looks much better. Now when you say ''normal'' edgeing, you dont need to do anymore edgeing as part of the routine.

The clamped edgeing IS your edgeing and the same as the normal version except its done clamped with more intensity.

Feel free to wank yourself off to the PONR whenever you like mate inbetween your sessions, just dont overdo it and fatigue your dick. I do masturbate now and again, not like I used to but when I do I always go to the PONR and repeat it for about anywhere from 15-60 mins but its not part of my routine and this I think is something you need to sort out.

Normal edgeing to me is something I just do when I wank and isnt part of my Penis Enlargement as such. I dont over indulge in it either and as you may have that tendency be prepared to have self control in the matter.

WOW!! took a rest day after not taking one in about 10-11 days last night. Today I woke up and decided to edge and WTF my unit was hard as a brick. In these 10-11 days prior if I would of did this I would be 85-90% erect. This was glass hard. And seem to be a tad longer but maybe the better EQ was playing tricks on my head.

I will Start using rest days WAY more often if thats what I get. 1ON/1OFF or 2ON/1OFF or 3ON/1OFF?

Even though today was great from taking a rest day yesterday. I dont see myself taking more than 1 day off in a row but I will take rest for now on...THANKS.

You will find that this will work for you more than anything and once you find your sweet spot as I call it, which is the schedule you like such as 1 on 1 off or 1 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off etc etc than you will keep going further and further.

Penis Enlargement imo is very similer to normal lifting of weights and exerts a stress on the body and this stress needs time spent away from the stress for it to build a foundation, a new layer to the existing stuff and than you see GROWTH!

I'm seriously getting confused with Penis Enlargement. You say this is too much, however girthhammer hasn't mentioned whether he gets any negative PI's. I've been into this for almost 2 years! I've personally done less intense routines and not seen routines, now on phase 2 of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program and still no results! Is this for real? Some people post progress but it could just be increased hardness of erections when it comes down to a 1/4 inch increase??

I was seeing negative PI. I think I stated that above with my EQ problems. I have done sessions 3-5 hours hoping for gains but all I was left with was a soft erect penis and no gains. Im willing to test out a less intense routine for now. I have no idea why havent seen gains but you got to find what works for you and listen to guys who have made gains they want steer you wrong buddy.
 
This is kiplynx kegel routine. I know he got his routine from your advice did you make this kegel routine as well. I need to find one to stick with?

Looks like a good routine and I will get a Kegel routine on here soon but need to find a moment. I didnt make the routine. Follow that, it works from what he has posted.

In my opinion you dont really need to take a break from kegels unless you start to get really strong fatigue and bad erections, than you need a rest.

So pretty much i should do my set of jelq's first, then when im done with that do 20-25 kegals to get some blood flowing then take my right hand and grip the base of my penis very hard trapping all the blood in my shaft, then after a few seconds release the grip somewhat...do a kegal or two to pump some more blood in and then proceed to grip the base again? Sorry i was just confused i read that link you gave me but still am not 100% on how to do it the correct way. And also, how long should i be holding this grip for? and how many sets of these horse squeezes should i do? I was thinking maybe hold the grip for 15seconds....release grip...5 kegals to pump more blood in....tighten grip for another 15seconds and that would complete ONE rep. Get back to me when ya can red. i appreciate the time your taking out of your day to read all this and answer!
 
I am testing out a full body workout(weight training) 1on/2off fort the first time in my life to see if I can gain from more rest like this. I was doing 1on/1off and that wasnt working for me.

I figured might as well do Penis Enlargement 1on/2off the same day than so I can just blast my body and let my body grow for 2 days. now can I test with the MEGA sessions for Penis Enlargement. I did 3-4 sessions before daily for about 6-7 days and stopped cause my unit couldnt do it daily. But since Im going to be doing Penis Enlargement work once every 3 days why not test out sessions 3-4 hours?

I do horse squeezes differently than the standard ones. The guy in the picture, well get your hands like that but you dont jelq or move anything ... just hold that squeeze in that static position for a set amount of time, for example 5-15 seconds and than release.

These work really well by trapping blood between the spaces clamped off with your hands and/or clamp which in time builds a thicker penis.

So you dont need to jelq backwards or anything else with my version, just use that picture as an illustration on how to do these for the horse squeezes I recommend, but note that when others talk about horses they could be referring to the standard way of doing them.

Finally I'm not saying my method is better than the standard but for me it was far easier when I started and I grew to love it, so why change.

Okay so you would do the Jelqs first than the horses or SSJs afterwards.
The horse squeezes how I do them are different than the standard way and an explanation to my variation is above your post in this thread that you recently did.

What you said was correct except your not just useing one hand at the base and just squeezing, if you did just that than it would be classed as a ULI which is another exercise, its also a standard constrictor when you use clamping methods.

Right so once you grip around the base you also want to grip somewhere else on the shaft and the picture in the horse thread shows this. So for example approx 1/2 inch underneath the glans and squeeze.

When you squeeze with both hands or if you use a clamp, string, hose tie, medical tournique etc etc than you will notice the space trapped expands a great deal.

Hold these for 5 seconds to start with and keep trying to go for more longer hold times, working towards 15-20 seconds as the maximum because once this has expired you may find [I do] that erection quality starts to decline and you'll need fresh oxygenated blood into that portion now, as you've literally cut off the blood supply with that squeeze to the area trapped in the middle, so going for long holds like with normal clamping isnt good, too tight.

Once you have done that you should makesure you erection is still good and hard, than do it again. Sure kegel, this come naturally as you do this in time.

You can hang with max intensity. Heavy weight that brings fatigue in every set.
 
Recently joined member, have been attempting Penis Enlargement for 4 years now at different times. I started with basic exercises I found on the internet, and after a few weeks would stop them. I would start out with manual stretches in every direction you can think of for about 15-20 mins minimum a day. (15 in morning 15 in evening is good i find, doesnt feel like a huge chunk of your day)
100-200 jelqs in the evening session, take them quite slow (3-5 seconds per stroke)
And do the testicle health massage - I think this is the answer to several negative side effects of Penis Enlargement (like turkey neck)
(This is what I do.. and I seem to have made gains.. not official till tomorrow!)

Some people check once a month, but I prefer to check weekly - I know it takes time so am not bothered if I see no difference between weeks - but If I do see gains I am much more likely to keep it going.. and you can tell if something is working well for you this way.. so thats down to the person...
Gains seem to vary between people - you may see some newbie gains, or you might not.

Thanks World wonder, I dont know if Im considered a newbie newbie, as I have been doing that routine on and off with the slaps and girth squeezes for 4 years. Im in the medical field so I have an idea of where to go and stop, however you are the advanced one, so if you say to take it slower I will. I dont want to end up over doing it or not doing enough. Thanks for the advice, all advice welcome as I dont want to lose interest again this time.
 
Im no advanced Penis Enlargement-er. Red would provide you with more stone answers, but I think unless you have solidly kept it up for 3 months then you wont have fully adapted to the strain - is what ive read anyways!

Did you take measurements before you started? 3 weeks could already have shown some results!

And what part of medicine do you do?
Im studying to be a veterinarian at the moment!

I was wondering if there was ever a point where you were only wet jelqing and gained length from that specific exercise only. I ask because I enjoy wet jelqing but I'm not good at all at manual stretching. And unfortunately, I just need an inch of length and I'd be happy (I'm starting at 7" nbpel and 6" eg) but I don't know if wet jelqing will give me that. A few tenths of an inch of girth wouldn't bother me though either.

I'd appreciate any input/help/ideas you can give me.
