Clamping works for length yes and I've used it myself with success. I do think that other Penis Enlargement methods exist that are more proven for length gains than clamping but yes clamping will work.

You can do various stretches clamped such as CTS, Bends, blasters etc most stretches done without a clamp can be done clamped, just use commonsense to prevent injury.

Hey red I gotta question about morning wood it seems that if I have an intense jelq session the next morning my dick seems it is not fully repaired to give me a morning stuffy but I blast my pc randomly alllday so I took a break for two days and still no morning wood but when I blasted that day I was recieving an instant erection is no getting a morning wood a negative pi
 
That happens allot and is fatigue, like when you have blasted your biceps and the nextday you cant move them like you usually could do due to the tiredness. You have taken 2 days off and also do kegels. I would suggest now to either go more light with the jelq sessions until it gets better or take 5 days off for rest. Dont kegel as much through the day, it could also be your tireing that muscle aswell which helps push blood flow into the penis.

Its not negative and something to really worry about and can be fixed with a step down in intensity or rest. Once your back in the saddle get back to your usual intensity but try to reshape your routine abit to allow more rest or if you dont already incl hot wraps to your routine.
 
My question is next month I will start my short intense sessions so would it make sense to still take a day off if I do a workout and my penis is not sore or tired the next day?
 
Shouldnt be a problem doing kegels when you have t-veins and dorsal nerver damage but get them checked by a doctor or medical person soon before it gets worse.
 
During the day after an intense workout should you still be able to get a super hard erection or should it be down a little since the intense workout.
 
I have found that when I've done girthwork that my erection struggles afterwards for awhile, so yes it will be affected slightly.

For growing purposes: Would it be wise to choose the "30-9537" Which has an Diameter range from 3 - 4.5 cm?

Is -0.5 cm(in diameter) enough for clamping and constriction or does it need to be thighter?

1] I dont see anyharm in a newbie useing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] straight away at all, because your dealing with intensity that you can deal, so if you are stretching and its too painful than ease up.

However for fresh newbies such as yourself, it would make sense to learn the basics and have good form on most foundations methods before delving into other things but that is a personnal choice.

2] I never did the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. When I started back in 2001 I used a generic routine that wasnt complicated at all and for the first few weeks I just did wet jelqs. It was half arsed because I did it out of curiosity from seeing about it on the web and than started to see gains.

From than I simply evolved with other methods like horse squeezes, Tao mushroom head squeeze, ulis and than clamping. So much I did and have tried the list is endless.

3] I didnt follow the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] paysite routines but did my own thing. I have membership to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] paysite and its very good indeed from the videos, audio and information plus the 24/7 121 help support from the best in the field > DLD.

If I'd have done the phases when I first started Penis Enlargement back in 2001 I would be at 9 inches length now :)

4] Was 6.6 inches erect BP and 5.4 inches erect mid-shaft in girth and now I'm 8.3 inches erect BP and 6 7/8 inches erect mid-shaft in girth.

Flaccid length was 3 1/2 inches BP and now its a constant 5 3/4 inches BP with at times being 6 inches BP

5] Its impossible for me to give you a timeline as each person is different but a rule of thumb is that it will take 6-8 months of consistant, patient hardwork to make gains and have them permanent.

Those size gains could vary but on average in that time you should see about 1/2 inch in length and 1/8 in girth. This is the low end and me being conservative as everyone is different ;) have faith in what you do and check others progress & routines here, plus stay connected and dont become a stranger.

DLD's paysite has a good girth workout which you can do if you have membership otherwise you can always check others routines out for ideas or see my routines thread that has 4 routines now with one for length, girth, length & girth and the last for lower hanging balls.


Also read the constrictor guide which is good on the subject of girth and clamping.

We got tons of good threads in the clamping forum for that aswell and an easy way to gauge girth progression is to push for further expansion in the size of how much your engorge your penis on consecutive workouts, so the nextime your hit the girth you'll aim to make it that little bit thicker than it was the lastime.

Red,im reporting back for therapy,and its going better,but i have realized that there must be cups because then penis is directly in watter.It will be more effective with cups...So how that cups must be(tall and width or?)

Does high intensity then resting a day after yield faster and better gains than long duration workouts or is it the same? I'm on this kind of schedule now as of yesturday.
 
It's like the whole discussion about full body workout VS split body workouts in weightlifting. You will have fans of one over the other but in actual fact they both yield gains to those who use them [Me incl] and neither is really better than the other.

With Penis Enlargement we have 5 days P/W training or regular training daily and those who do 1 on 1 off or something of that nature which is more high intensity when done but frequent rest.

Both methods work and I have used both and seen gains on both. My early days were the longer route but I found and still do to this day, that the less is more works much better for me and thus would work allot better for many other guys aswell.

You also have to think about what Penis Enlargement your doing, such as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] which need long duration workouts for them to work and that doesnt fit the bill for higher intense shorter sessions with more rest, so yes the longer duration does have its place.

From my knowledge and research plus experience with the human body and Penis Enlargement plus everything else I know, brings me to the way I train today and that rest is vitally important and its not the amount done but how intense its done with the exception of certain things such as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work because you cant stretch that at such intensity for long periods of time without hurting yourself, it works via the time under tension strategy.

Its your choice which you do because you will see gains as both work but I think the HIT method towards Penis Enlargement is the method that in the longrun will be more succesful than doing it 5 on 2 off or 7 on zero off.
 
Red,im planing go to sea and there is hard to get 4 times a day a hot watter for doing hot and cold therapy,so i think that i couldnt there apply therapy.Thats is going to be for about 10 days.Till that time i will do hot and cold therapy.

So the Penis Enlargement HIT routine is 1 day on 1 off? Think I need to change things up as i'm not gaining. Hey Red, You probaply has been answered for this one, but is there any other exercise for girth, for newbies? Since jelqing havent been very effective for some Penis Enlargementers (like OPA), and it causes Turkey neck, I was wondering, if I could try something else. I know, that jelqs are great for preparing your dick for example clamping, but I'm little bit concerned about this turkey neck...it seems that it's hitting me already. I just cant do jelqs without my foreskin moving on glans, no matter what I try :(

1] Havent really thought about it to be honest as I just do kegels whenever and how often I like. Edging, sure I would do this on my off days when I wank off instead of going the whole way and cumming I often just keep going to the PONR for 30 mins or so and dont really incl in my routine as its a variation of masturbation to me now.

2] Its quite important to get the circulation flowing freely again afterwards from an intense session. Helps with healing and injury. Those who are more advanced and done this for years often skip these but it should be apart of everyones diet.

3] I never wrap so not the right guy to ask here but from reading around the place it seems anything from a sock to bandages do the trick.

Well I would have said do it as the author [In this case dld] has set for you, but point #3 makes it clear you would like my opinion ;)

I would go for 1 on 1 off for that and it should work out nicely for you. If you get bored or want more action, so to speak than switch to 2 on 1 off or 3 on 2 off but I like the 1 on 1 off best with 2 on 1 off aswell from time to time back in the day.

Well the wet jelq is a great exercise and to me the bread & butter foundation to Penis Enlargement.

Yes sadly it can cause turkey neck <:( It helped to do to me but its not entirely the methods fault but our technique is poor.

You have to use a freehand to push back the scrotum and skin at the base of the penis when you jelq. See this thread for more information on how to take this precaution against getting the turkey neck by dld and also more on the condition.

For a jelq alternative try Horse Squeezes which for me are the best girth method around.

Then I started to do jelqs, and I guess, I finally figured it out. Now this is good for turkey neck, and this must build girth:

When you have finished with left hand, and it's just below your glans, lift your right hand just an inch from the base, then move your left hand to base. Kegel hard and squeeze that left hand ok-grip tight to very base. After that start to slide your right hand up towards your glans. This felt fantastic :)

Sounds like your dick is fucked up ;) go and see the doctor and dont keep asking the same questions over and over about the same stupid injury. See a TRAINED medical person :)
