Haha thanks DLD! I actually changed my signature a week or so ago but I didn't read your response until now. I've been revamping my life and decided to be pretty regimented about this work out plan. I was perusing the site and have realized that I may be limiting my gains but not incorporating stronger pulls in my manual stretches. I'm sure my body has adapted to the stress that I have put on it in the past few years. Additionally, when I was at my best length, I was at my peak upper body strength as well. I'm back in the gym again, kicking ass as I mention before, but I'm going to need something else to leverage some length gains.
Judging from positive responses I have seen on here using the footlong stretch and seeing how one of my lifting goals is flexibility, I think this is the perfect opportunity to increase my leg flexibility and loosen my penial ligaments. Traditionally, I have been a pretty stiff and inflexible person, so I think it's time I changed that, throughout my body. Tired of being muscle bound like a majority of the people I see at the gym. So during my 20 minutes in the Sauna and stretching, I will be using leg for the foot long exercise. I'm going to attempt this tonight to see how it works out.
Since I last posted 2 weeks ago, I've maintained my schedule pretty regularly, only missing 3 days total (that's only 1 day that I really missed, since I intend to take at least one day off per week). I helped a friend out by driving him home late on night and had to get up early. I do my Penis Enlargement sessions at night so I'm not interrupted and I am able to focus more and relax as well. Additionally, I have only been doing my manual exercises Sunday-Friday instead of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] exercise sets I planned on doing Tuesdays and Thursdays. I want to focus on length and hopefully the foot longs will come through for this.
So as you can see I just updated my signature, again! I measured just a little while ago. I started measuring strictly based on DLD's suggestions he posted in his
"How-to-Measure...A-Quick-Guide" link in the newbie section. This has worked wonderfully as for the longest time, I measuring my Bone Pressed flaccid stretch and erect lengths from the top part of the penis. The pubic bone is definitely more accurate. I guess I could use this as a base measurement finally, as measuring earlier was difficult for me.
I also want to add that I've been edging quite a bit lately and I'm trying to learn to be multi-orgasmic. The goal is to increase erection strength, which it definitely has, and facilitate blood flow post work out. I am also continuing with kegels although I'm trying to focus on doing 5 second holds and 5 second reverse kegels. I was doing 300-400 1 second holds per day but was realizing that my PC muscle was constantly in tension because of it and contracting wildly when I was about to cum. I'm doing the 5 second holds to help stave off the ejaculation when I reach the Point of no return and reverse kegeling to release tension in the PC muscle.
Also, in addition to edging, I've been limiting the times I come to once every 4 days as opposed to once or twice a day even. I has helped me stay focused more and I've been more relaxed since I started doing this last month. My goal was once a week, but that's been increasingly difficult with the way my erection quality has been as a result of this!
So I have a new goal, 8 inches NBPL by the end of the 2011. That's one inch. I think I can do it. I now have enough self-motivation to get it going, just gotta focus on pushing my limits and recharging.
