Are there any supplements or workout regimens to do along with PE?

Anyone familiar with things that would speed up growth other than staying in elongated state?

I know some is genetic, but what other factors affect healing for PE.

For me, all I did and still do is PE. Consistency will bring the gains you seek. It might take longer but it would be worth it.

I feel like if you are living a health lifestyle, sleeps well, eat good food (no nutritional deficiencies), exercise and so on, I think this is the best you can do for growth. What else is there?, our body is amazing on adjusting to new conditions, and heal from that.
 
Got my biggest expansion today because I did 6x6x3. Tomorrow, I will start doing 8x8x3. I think my body has adapted to the pump and the pressure.

Time to pump same way I was doing with the hydroXtreme 9.
 
The major problem now is my fat pad. I want to get rid of it so bad. I'm tempted to use weight loss tea @squirt_inducer_man @DLD But I don't know if the loss will affect my penis too.
I don't believe in that, but it may work. It's hard to change our bodies composition (fat/muscles). It's like the body will keep itself like it is, if you don't tell it/force it to change.
I think it comes down to lifestyle and proper nutrition. Nutrition is important, but it helps if you do cardio intense exercises. I think movement in life is really important. Functional training...

High protein diet and cardio will remove my fat pad within 90 days. My body responds very fast.

I have determined to lose 30 kg (66 lb), and then I will probably weigh around, 198 lb.

I have also a fast responding body.

I fell off my diet. I will be able to get back on the diet by March. Most of the food I have at home at this time is full of protein and carbohydrates.
 
A water fast is what I do. 20 days nothing but water

I doubt if I can do this 20 days of water fast. Damn, doing this water fast in combination with 20 days of pray will be very effective. Maybe I will try to do 1 week first and see what happens.

I'm just worried that you will flush out your body of important nutrients (Vitamins and Minerals).
- Do you take any supplements to compensate this?
Otherwise I think it's a good idea, since the body will begin to consume stored energy, that is fat.

It is a good idea as long as it doesn't affect the girth or length of my penis @DLD
 
I was going to buy cheap SizeGenetgs from Ebay , and when the product come it was some plastic from China I didn't want to try it to put on my dick, i was worried it can be dangerous for dick skin or the tootla dick

This is why I focus on products endorsed by DLD. Those fake devices won't last and they might cause injury.
 
Still going strong with my routine. I've decided to replace the 15 to 20 mins of DLD blasters with 20 mins of jelqing. I've done the DLD blasters for 6 months in the past. I think it's high time I replaced it with an exercise that I haven't done before.

Henceforth, I will be doing the following:

20 mins set Jelq
20 mins bundled expressive stretches with the length master

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

My first pumping set I start off at 7hg and stay there. For the second set, I stay at the same 7hg. For the third set, I go up to 8hg and stay there throughout the session.

I think the jelq is needed to help me get to 9 inches by 9th of January 2024. 20 mins Jelq combined with 20 mins of bundled expressive stretching with the length master should give me at least 0.75 within a 9 months period.

This should be very easy for me to accomplish.

I want to get to 9 inches bone press erect length and 6.5 inches mid shaft erect girth by 9th of January 2024. I'm sacrificing so much to get to this goal.

Secondly, as a PE coach, it's mandatory for me to have a monstrous penis. I want to lead by example.
 
Still going strong. I've made a new routine that involves 1 hour of jelqing in combination with 1 hour of bundled expressive stretching with the length master and the 5x5x3 pumping routine. Ever since I added jelqing to my routine, I noticed that I went up a bit inside the pump especially when I jelq for 20 mins right before pumping. Below is what I will be doing henceforth starting from tomorrow:


20 mins wet jelq
20 mins bundled expressive stretching with the length master

20 mins wet jelq
20 mins bundled expressive stretching with the length master

20 mins wet jelq

Pumping:

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

I will wait until I take my viagra for pumping before I do the last 20 mins wet jelq. I have noticed that pumping right after a jelqing session helps me to pump at higher pressure without pain and I'm now getting expansion that is very close to what I was getting with the bathmate. And I've also gone up a bit inside the pump. I've realized that warm up is necessary for pumping. The jelq serves as warm up for me

I've realized that with the bathmate, I was pumping with pressure that exceeds 10hg. Whereas the highest I've pumped with the mityvac is 9hg.

Something in my head is telling me not to measure at all be it length or girth. I want to measure by 9th of January 2024 and I'm not going to change or modify the above routine. This is the only routine I will do until 9th of January 2024.

I'm working so hard because I want to make good use of this year. I will be the happiest man if I can gain 1 inch of girth by January next year.

@huge-girth the routine you are doing is about 2.5 hours.
Is this broken up or straight through?
 
@DLD @huge-girth I know that I still have to gain endurance regarding my training, but how do you go so long and are able to recover when the training is so rigorous.

The reason I ask is because sometimes after an intense workout it seems I need a day or two of rest to recover before I workout again.
This is just how it feels anyway and sometimes I’ve just worked through it.

Should we be training 7 days a week?
or also go based on EQ prior to training?

I'm training 6 days a week. I do kegels all the time. I've been using the length master for a very long time so I believe my penis has adapted to the length master but my current routine has given me so much fatigue.

I'm about to do the last 30 mins wet jelq after which I will do my pumping routine. Kegels and enough sleep and good food it help with erection.

Do the routine you know your penis and body can take. With time, you will progress further.
 
I think you will succeed, lots of hard dedicated work, just like Mike in his growing days 🙂

Those expressive stretches will reveal more penis and you will notice in the mirror it hasn't a little different, the angle changes due to inner penis growth.

I've noticed changes in size since I started doing it. It's 5 days away from being 3 months since I've been doing the expressive stretches.

I'm hoping I can gain at least 1 inch in length from it by the time I do it for 12 months.
