You are doing the right thing my brother. I no longer have a length master. I will get a ruler before Sunday and measure my erect length. I know I'm below 8 inches because I get to 7.7/8 inside the mityvac 2.5 cylinder.

I just got the 2.5 mityvac cylinder in late August and started pumping 1st of September. I plan to take at least a maximum of 3 off days in a month and those off days can only happen if I am extremely busy. I've already taken 4 and won't take anymore for this month.

I want to max the 2.5 cylinder out and I'm giving myself 18 to 24 months for that.

My base girth is 6 inches, all thanks to the length master. My midgirth is 5.38.

I noticed a loss in midgirth. I've measured 5.5 before when I was using the length master.

I have so much free time in my hands for the next 18 months.

I see no stop in sight till at least 1st of March 2023

Well in jaxxx case i think he's been killing it for years man,he's been committed to PE for years n yeah he probably reached a plateau.. until he found a solution, the ultrasound therapy.i have known about PE for almost twelve years.But if you only knew all the breaks I have taken lol.

I haven't been able to notice gains the way I want to..I have tried this and that nothing steady..many reasons why.

DLD Designed a great routine for me.Is a Three months routine if I'm not mistaken.Going to perform that routine and see what I get out of that.. I'd like to post my pe activities here everyday.

Yep you have gained a lot congrats would be really happy if I get noticeable gains by the end of this year.
 
Hi @huge-girth, Can I get your routine. I started PE in the past then I had to stop due to no time but I want to get back to it. I have a lot of pages to read, so since you're an active member it will be easier for me to ask you your girth routine?
 
What pump or length device are you using? Are you concentrating only on girth for now? I have girth routine which is everywhere in the forum and all my length routines can be done with the length master only because that is the only device that gave me length gains.

I have a silistretcher. Next month I will buy length master and mityvac for girth. I just wanted to learn everything well before I get the equipment for training. I want also length.

Check you dm. I think I still have our messages. I didnt take any official measurement at the start but I was able to get to 8.25 bone press when I was actively training. I want to resume training again. I still cannot afford a length master at this time.

I need a new length master so bad.
 
This is to inform everyone that I'm fully back in business. I know I've fallen off a few times from my routine. At my peak, I measured 8.25 inches bone press erect length but I've lost some length now. I was able to do 3 full rotations with the length master before but I didn't do the 3 rotations daily, I just confirmed I was able to do it back then and I did it only twice for 2 mins each side.

Now I cannot do the 3 rotations fully like before but I'm going to get there. Now this is the plan.

I've been training since 21st of this month of July doing 3 sets of 20mins dld length master blasters. But today being 23rd, I'm officially launching the below routine:

20mins DLD length master blasters

20mins DLD length master blasters

20mins expressive stretching with the length master.

20mins expressive stretching with the length master.

I've just finished today's session. I will do the above routine for 1 year without changing anything. The only changes that will occur is that, by 24th of January 2023, I will start doing 3 rotations of the blasters. The 3 rotations of the dld blasters will bring more length too because it will be hitting new angles unlike the 2 rotations I'm currently doing.

Here is how I do my expressive stretching, I wrap and then I attach the length master at the extreme base of my penis. I then proceed to lay on the bed with my back and straighten out my legs. I bundle the length master just one rotation because it's at the extreme base. I pull upward gently because even without pulling it, the bundling of the penis at the extreme base is already intense so you just need little force. But 2 mins into it, I pull on it a bit more.

I hold each stretch for 5mins to both side until the timer gets to 20mins. After the sessions, I was feeling a tingling sensation at the base of my penis. I firmly believe that this routine will take me to 9 inches by 23rd of July 2023 considering the fact that I got to 8.25 inches before without expressive stretching.

I want to get to my length goal before placing all my focus on girth. I won't be posting everyday but you will always see me running errands in the forum.

Lastly, if you are new to using the length master, please do not do the expressive stretching. It should serve as a lender of last resort for you. Make sure you exhaust all the length master exercises I did before coming to do the expressive stretching. Collect all the gains that are located right under the glands and mid shaft before going to the extreme base of tap the inner penis. If you follow my approach, you will gain 3 inches with the length master let's say for a period of 1 year and 6 months.

I just want to drop this here. I was able to do 3 rotations today but I didn't train with it and it was very tight too. I think the expressive stretching is helping to bring back my lost gains faster combined with the blasters. I will keep doing 2 rotations until 24th of January 2023 before moving up to 3 rotations.

I feel so blessed because I'm among the selected few that can do 3 rotations with the length master.
 
2 inches is very possible with consistency and increased intensity

I believe, because I can feel a great pull from inside my body and when I wrap with the ace bandage, I notice while wrapping that the base is more exposed than before starting the session. I also need to raise my legs otherwise the pull from the inner penis would be too intense. I'm sticking to 40mins of this expressive stretching for a minimum of 1 year and see what happens.

I'm now doing 1 hour session daily, I removed one 20mins session of the blasters, now I'm doing one 20mins blasters and two 20mins expressive stretches making 1 hour daily. I will measure by 23rd of January. I will post a photo of my erect measurement to show my gains. Hopefully I can remove my 2 inches fat pad before that time of measurement.
 
I'm now doing 1 hour session daily, I removed one 20mins session of the blasters, now I'm doing one 20mins blasters and two 20mins expressive stretches making 1 hour daily. Fat pad is the devil lol. I'm not a "fat guy". I used to be and the only thing I have left from it is a 2.25 inch fat pad. Makes me so mad lol. Then I realize...that's 2.25 inches just waiting to be set free. So ive been exercising a lot to lose it. It's "free" gains

So I’m not fat but my stomach is definitely where I carry my bad weight. I was always curious if something like cold sculpting would help target that region.

Tbh the best exercise for the fat pad also targets lower abs. So flutter kicks are your best friend along with leg raises
