This is to inform everyone that I'm fully back in business. I know I've fallen off a few times from my routine. At my peak, I measured 8.25 inches bone press erect length but I've lost some length now. I was able to do 3 full rotations with the
length master before but I didn't do the 3 rotations daily, I just confirmed I was able to do it back then and I did it only twice for 2 mins each side.
Now I cannot do the 3 rotations fully like before but I'm going to get there. Now this is the plan.
I've been training since 21st of this month of July doing 3 sets of 20mins dld
length master blasters. But today being 23rd, I'm officially launching the below routine:

length master blasters
20mins DLD
length master blasters
20mins expressive stretching with the
length master.

length master.
I've just finished today's session. I will do the above routine for 1 year without changing anything. The only changes that will occur is that, by 24th of January 2023, I will start doing 3 rotations of the blasters. The 3 rotations of the dld blasters will bring more length too because it will be hitting new angles unlike the 2 rotations I'm currently doing.
Here is how I do my expressive stretching, I wrap and then I attach the
length master at the extreme base of my penis. I then proceed to lay on the bed with my back and straighten out my legs. I bundle the
length master just one rotation because it's at the extreme base. I pull upward gently because even without pulling it, the bundling of the penis at the extreme base is already intense so you just need little force. But 2 mins into it, I pull on it a bit more.
I hold each stretch for 5mins to both side until the timer gets to 20mins. After the sessions, I was feeling a tingling sensation at the base of my penis. I firmly believe that this routine will take me to 9 inches by 23rd of July 2023 considering the fact that I got to 8.25 inches before without expressive stretching.
I want to get to my length goal before placing all my focus on girth. I won't be posting everyday but you will always see me running errands in the forum.
Lastly, if you are new to using the
length master, please do not do the expressive stretching. It should serve as a lender of last resort for you. Make sure you exhaust all the
length master exercises I did before coming to do the expressive stretching. Collect all the gains that are located right under the glands and mid shaft before going to the extreme base of tap the inner penis. If you follow my approach, you will gain 3 inches with the
length master let's say for a period of 1 year and 6 months.
