Still going strong. It's been over 3 months now since I started this new journey. I modified the routine after the first day. It was too intense. Below is what I've been doing and will keep doing:

20 mins wet jelq
20 mins bundled expressive stretching with the length master

20 mins bundled expressive stretching with the length master
20 mins wet jelq

Pumping:

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping

10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping
 
When I first started jelqing, I was getting expansion from it. But now, I don't get any expansion at all after my jelqing session @DLD
 
I'm tempted to measure my mid shaft girth right after my pumping session because it looks thicker than before. The last mid shaft measurement after a pumping session for me was 6 inches. Now it looks thicker than that but I'm not going to measure it until 9th of July.

Better days ahead.

Everyone doing the Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ) is doing it wrongly. When you want to do the SSJ, do not push the glans inward. Instead, grab right under the glans with an OK grip and push it against the other OK grip at the base.

This is the way DLD recommended it. When you do it as I have described, you will be getting expansion along the whole penis from right under the glans to the base.

But if you are pressing/pushing the glans from the tip inward against the OK grip at the base, you will feel pains sometimes on the glans and you will only get expansion almost close to mid shaft only.

I noticed that I am getting thicker at the mid shaft more than other part of the penis and this is what prompted me to realize that I'm doing the SSJ wrongly.

There is a video of DLD demonstrating how to do the SSJ on YouTube. If you watch that video, you will see that DLD gripped right beneath the glans and the extreme base and he was compressing both hands together.

I believe you said in one of your post that your starting stat was 6 inches BPEL? I could be wrong.

Yes starting size was 6 inches. It took me around 1 year and 6 months. I was measuring wrongly before so I made a lot of false declaration on this thread at the beginning.

I believe this to be true. My expansion stayed till mid afternoon. It has never happened like that before. I will make wearing the cock ring for many hours a habit henceforth.
@huge-girth how do you deal with circulation. When you say you wore for 3 to 4 hours is that with checking circulation every 20 minutes or so removing for a quick minute to bring back blood and reattaching or just straight wear with kegels to bring in new blood.

I check the ring from time to time whenever I feel a burning sensation, I adjust the ring. After 1 hour, I take it off and do some SSJ. Put it back on for another 1 hour. I put a piece of foam between my penis and the cock ring to act as cushion so I can leave the cock ring on for 30 minutes without adjusting it.
 
I was away from home for about 5 days but I took my devices with me and did my routine. I've been training 5 days a week and a few times 4 and about 3 times I trained girth 3 times in about 3 weeks (3 times in each of those weeks).

Honestly, it's tough to train length and girth on same day. Some times my mind tells me to just focus on girth by doing my routine first thing in the morning. If I do this, there won't be any off days.

But something in my head keeps telling me to keep training length together with girth for at least till January 2024.

I need to increase my training to at least 6 times a week. I just got back home last night.
 
Under the glans 5.5/8. It was 5.5 inches before.

Mid shaft 5.15/16. It was 5.5 inches before.

Right after mid shaft 6 inches. This was 5.15/16 before.

Base girth I didn't bother to measure but it's thicker than the whole penis shaft.

I decided to measure girth because I need to figure out if my routine is working or not.

I've also decided to focus only on girth and stop length work for now. My girth is too small in my opinion. Let me focus heavily on pumping until I get to my girth goal of 7 inches right under the glans.

I think my gains in girth is very slow though.

I measured bone press erect length with a tailor tape but I couldn't get an accurate measurement. My erection was going down but the length was over 8 inches in length however, it was a weak erection.

I want to stop length work completely and place all focus on girth. And if possible, no off days at all or maybe 1 off day per week.

So your MSEG actually decreased? How is your girth routine right now? I still believe over-work could be a thing. I've heard from others that over-work could slow down gains or even hurt them but I don't know. Just trying to make you get back on track gaining brother!

*Edit. Since EQ is a determining factor if one should do girth work OR rest, that's why in my opinion it could be a good idea to do it without viagra for a little while just to see how your natural EQ is performing. Just an idea...

I measure in centimeters (cm) due to this reason. You can always convert it later on to inches.

I think I will do my measurements this way. I saw increase in girth right under the glans, I saw increase at the mid shaft and also right after mid shaft and the base. But I don't know how to write those measurements in inches.

It's much easier to use centimeters when you measure.

There are ways to convert it in an easy way to inches.

That is one eighth of an inch

Oh I misunderstood your measurements. In that case, CONGRATULATIONS on the gains brother!! How awesome!!

So no stretching at all now? Isn’t it risky to suddenly stop it right away? I mean I’ve heard about people loosing gains that way but maybe the girth work will prevent that. Perhaps 1-2 length sessions a week will secure your length and don’t forget to keep wrapped up as well.

Yes go ahead and measure in centimeters, should be easier. It seems we have very similar measurements now, both length and girth, how cool! We should push each other to new levels brother! My goal is now 9” BPEL x 6.5” MSEG (maybe I’ll change it to 7”, girth seems to come easier for me I think)
