So no stretching at all now? Isn’t it risky to suddenly stop it right away? I mean I’ve heard about people loosing gains that way but maybe the girth work will prevent that. Perhaps 1-2 length sessions a week will secure your length and don’t forget to keep wrapped up as well.

Yes go ahead and measure in centimeters, should be easier. It seems we have very similar measurements now, both length and girth, how cool! We should push each other to new levels brother! My goal is now 9” BPEL x 6.5” MSEG (maybe I’ll change it to 7”, girth seems to come easier for me I think)

I think the water pump hardcore stretches are going to do the trick with girth.

I like SSJs because of the squeeze it causes to the entire area.

Sometimes I do a few jelqs to bring blood along with some kegels

then hold the ok sign with thumb and index finger towards the body
Squeeze down the ok sign and kegel once or twice to bring in extra blood
Then with the other three fingers squeeze down at once and release slightly and then repeat many mini pumps without releasing the ok
I’ve done up to twenty or thirty mini squeezes while holding the ok sign

Let me know what you think or maybe you guys know what this exercise describes.
 
For me it is a dual type exercise.
Any time I have used hardcore stretches it also increased temporary girth, so I think it might hit girth too.

Sometimes I have put on a cock ring and then done the hardcore stretches and gotten a good pump, plus you can just leave the ring on for a bit.

Are you doing whole package pimping? I mean are you putting your balls inside the pump?

It is very easy to perform the hardcore stretches. Get yourself erect and put your erect penis inside the pump. Pump to a high pressure and grab the pump, pull it like you are trying to pull it away from your body without reducing the suction.

Pull it straight out, to the left and right. It's easy.

Gotcha. I've been doing these. Just didn't know what they're called. I pump it up to 35 kPa. Anything less and I'll pull it off. Found that was the magic number to keep it on there.
 
I've never done whole package pumping before. I just don't like the idea of pumping my balls. Whole package pumping makes hardcore stretches easy to do.
I have done whole package pumping in the past, years ago before I knew a whole world of PE existed.

What I remember though is that the whole ligament area really got pulled on and had I known about the hardcore stretches, I certainly would have used them.

I think like with any exercise though build up to it since your balls are also in the cylinder.

Anybody can do full packaging pumping. They just need to start slow. Within 2 to 3 months, they will adapt.
 
I've not trained for about 10 days now. Today I smoked some weed and took Viagra. I was very erect. I quickly measured mid shaft and it was 6 inches. I had to measure twice to be sure.

I've realized that you have to be extremely honey at the time you want to measure erect girth and be very erect as well.

I will resume training tomorrow 2nd July and I won't measure again until New Year's Eve 31st December 2023.
