I went to see my music producer to make some futuristic plans and to also motivate myself because I've been depress lately and I am still a bit depress now.

That’s awesome that you’ve recognized your depression and that you’re not taking it sitting down! Like you when depression sets in I get out and get my mind into something else. God loves you and you deserve to be happy so I hope this music brings you to new heights.

The surprising thing is that I still have fat pad. I wonder what type of gains I will see when I finally reduce my fat pad to the size of those with less fat pad here.
 
I'm so happy since yesterday. Can't still believe I measured 8.25 inches bone press. I'm suppose to change my routine by 25th of October but I'm thinking of doing the dld blasters for 6 months. It's the most intense exercise that I've done with the length master.

Next measurement will be on the 25th of January 2020. I'm hoping to get to 9 inches by that time considering the intensity of the dld blasters.

There is one length master exercise that I'm yet to do. It's the lengthmaster foot long stretch. Even if I start doing girth work next year, I will still be using my length master in combination.

Unfortunately, I don't know how that exercise is done. Is there any explanation written somewhere you can show me?
 
There are pics in my thread. I basically take my arm and go around/behind the leg/knee, grab hold and stretch. Then I situate the foot onto the stretching hand, get good footing, and apply pressure with your foot.
 
I was just messing around in bed, posted pics, and DLD said "Hey, those are DLD Footlong Stretches!" lol

If you have the length master and you haven't done the dld blasters with it, you are making a big mistake. I'm seeing changes in my flaccid penis too much around mid shaft and close the base.

I'm very confident that 6 months of doing the dld blasters would give me huge gains. We will see what happens.

Is your technique using LM, with this exercise, the same as DLD illustrated.

Would you consider adding bundles to the mix.

I'm at 8 inches, 8.2 on the most bestest quality erection, and I want simply 1/2 inch length, maybe get to 9.

I've started a basic routine with the mityvac, packing a slim tube to maximize my full length.

Done that twice now, with a day rest in-between.

The entire session is about 45 minutes long split into 15 minute segments, and between the pumping I hammer it with wet jelqs using a lateral okay grip, each side alternate.

My erections are Rock solid, no fluid, the silicap protected the glans, and I use pressure from 10 to 22hg.

Sorry for going on here, but from seeing what you do, with success, I'm mulling over the prospect of getting the LM involved, using either or both DLD blasters, and bundles.

I'ma thinking the internal pressure and fatigue on the penis from pumping could make but more vulnerable to elongation afterwards using the LM.

Trying to keep it as simple, non complicated as possible.

Found that using the ace bandage is awesome at keeping size afterwards, and I did that in the day, but it bulges out too much, got some amazing stares from both women, and men.

I hold each stretch for at least 50 seconds. You cannot hold the stretch firm enough for more than 1 minute because you need it to be very intense. Do what you can do when you can do it and if you can’t get it in don’t sweat it. There’s always tomorrow.
 
The best option is to quit. Weed fries the skin. It prevent the smokers from looking fresh. Each time I quit smoking for up to a month, my skin starts glowing.

Look at majority of weed smokers, they don't look fresh when compared to non smokers. No need to reward myself with a joint after my PE session for the day.

I haven't even talked about how it turns me into a glutton on a daily basis. Weed is useless in my life

I'm still struggling to quit. There has been days when I didn't smoke at all. But I smoked yesterday. And then today I'm done with PE and I'm having the urge to smoke again.

When I smoke, I find it too difficult to control my appetite. My fat pad is increasing again because the depression I suffered from few weeks ago is gone now. I ain't going to lie, I still smoke and wish I could stop cold turkey.

But my PE is going smoothly and I'm shooting for 9 inches bone press. Seems it might take me up to 25th of July 2020 to get to 9 inches considering the fact that I'm 8.2 inches bone press right now.
