Didn't wake up early this morning and I also over fed myself. I only did my first 20mins session and gave up for the day. I will take today as an off day. I will resume tomorrow.

I only became consistent January 15th 2018 till today

Just cut out processed foods. Incorporate more plants. Drink plenty of water. Water water water.

Honestly, I'm trying to do that. I hate my fat pad so much. It's making it difficult for me to know my actual size. I know for sure that I'm longer than 8.25 but my fat pad is blocking me from knowing the actual size of my length

All of our body's are different. Some may never even shed their fatpad. It really comes down to physiology and genetics. Just like I will never have a flat stomach. Just not my body type, and if I were able to achieve that, I would be extremely malnourished.

It seems to be the same for me, but at least I can reduce it to a very small size I guess.

You can get that fat off with the ease if you put in the work. Dial in the diet like you are dialed in with your PE and you will loose it for sure. If you put your body in a caloric deficit your body has no other chance to loose fat. The fat pad will take the longest to get rid of because it is the last place that your body will release the fat from so you have to be patient with that one. If you got any questions throw them my way!

I will do a bone press measurement of my fat pad before throwing my questions at you. I've never done this calorie deficit stuff before.

I will get back to you tomorrow

Not long brother. Just like with measurements, don't sweat it. Just cut out the crap, incorporate more plants. Steam veggies, no dairy. Limit meat, with ABSOLUTELY NO processed meat. More water dawg , and unsweetened tea (green tea preferably). You got this!!

To pull this off, I need to completely change my diet. No meat at all including chicken right?

Well, I had a nutrionist when I was an athlete and had to give certain weight by a deadline. The only meats I could eat were chicken, turkey, and fish with barely any flavor just garlic powder basically. All green veggies, fruits as snacks in between meals. No milk, soda, juice, etc no rice, bread, pasta, etc. Straight up water, no salt or sugar. I was lean as hell but it takes time and dedication for it but in the longrun u will definately see results.

Did you peel off the skin from the chicken and Turkey?

"Goat meat is a healthy alternative to beef and chicken because of its lower calorie, fat and cholesterol totals. A staple in North African and Middle Eastern cuisine, goat meat comprises 63 percent of red meat consumed worldwide, according to the Alabama Cooperative Extension Service. If you're looking for a leaner alternative to traditional meats, goat meat could be the answer."

"
A 3-ounces portion of goat meat has 122 calories, which is considerably less than beef's 179 and chicken's 162. In terms of fat, goat is much leaner than other, more readily available meats. Goat meat's 2.6 grams of total fat per 3-ounce serving is about one-third of beef's 7.9 grams and roughly half of chicken's 6.3 grams. A serving of goat meat represents just 4 percent of your daily value of total fat, based on a 2,000-calorie diet.

Saturated Fat
The Harvard School of Public Health recommends avoiding red meat or choosing only the leanest cuts, because red meat is notoriously high in saturated fat, which can boost cholesterol levels in the blood and contribute to heart disease. But with just 0.79 grams of saturated fat per serving, goat is a heart-healthy alternative to beef and chicken's 3.0 grams and 1.7 grams, respectively. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends you eat less than 20 grams of saturated fat daily. A serving of goat meat contains about 4 percent of your daily value.

Cholesterol and Iron
If you're watching your ever-important cholesterol levels, goat meat can again be a nutritious alternative to other meats. Goat's 63.8 milligrams of cholesterol per 3-ounce serving is considerably less than beef and pork's 73.1 milligrams and chicken's 76 milligrams per serving. Eating goat won't cause you to sacrifice the important blood component, iron, either. Goat meat's 3.2 milligrams of iron per serving trumps beef's 2.9 milligrams and doubles chicken's 1.5 milligrams.
Protein
Animal meat is a source of complete proteins, which are proteins containing the eight amino acids your body cannot create on its own. Many people struggle to balance meat's high protein and high fat content. Goat's 23 grams of protein per serving is comparable to the 25 grams in a serving of beef and chicken, meaning you won't have to sacrifice a key protein source. In fact, a 3-ounce serving of goat fulfills 46 percent of most people's daily value of protein.

Other Considerations
Though perhaps not as popular as beef, chicken or even lamb in the United States, goat meat sold in retail stores is still subject to United States Department of Agriculture inspection. Goat meat does not contain any growth hormones because the USDA has not approved their use. Also note, because of its lower fat content and the lack of marbling in its meat, goat must be prepared over low heat to preserve tenderness and juiciness."

I agree

I'm taking today and tomorrow off from doing PE. I am feeling a sharp pain in the mid shaft of my penis since last night. I think I used too much force. Hopefully the pains will go away in the next 24 hours.

I have 3 inches fat pad. How long do you think it would take me to reduce my fat pad to half inch if I eat healthy?
Man it really depends on how much exercise you can get in aerobically and how much you can decrease what you’re eating. The fastest way I’ve ever lost weight was by doing 2 miles a day of walking and I cut my calories down to 800 per day. This allowed me to get to a quarter inch fat pad. If you look at my penis in the documentary “The Perfect Penis” you can see what I look like with absolutely no fat pad.

What's HG,

Time wise it all depends of how much overall fat you have to lose. Our body's lose weight from the head/legs in, so the last place that the body will let go of fat will be from your midsection and love handles. It will slowly lose from these areas when you are losing fat, but they will be the last area that will get really lean. With all these wack different diets out there they all are achieving the same thing which is the same with every human on earth is calories in and calories out. It doesn't matter how many times you eat a day, you can eat 1 big meal or 2 or 3, however you feel it's going to fit into your lifestyle. Eat wholesome healthy foods fruits, vegetables as much as you can as your body will be a lot healthier and you will have great energy on your journey. A calorie is a calorie doesn't matter where it comes from. Eating less calories than your body burns in a day you will be in a caloric deficit, which is fat loss. Eating more calories in day than your body burns and you will be in a caloric surplus and you will gain weight. If you got any questions, let me know. Best of luck to you, you got this!
