Do u do them all at the same time or like 20 minutes in the morning, 20 in the afternoon ....
I wake up in the morning around 7am some times and I do the first 20mins right away and wrap with my ace bandage afterwards.
2pm afternoon time, I do the second 20mins set and go back to wrapping with my ace bandage.
5pm, I do the last 20mins session and then I update my log on here. Now I'm in bed wrapped with my ace bandage and doing kegels.
Before going to bed, I remove the wrap and do my erect stretches. That's all I do daily.
