Both are awesome and if you have the time work both into your total routine. The expressive gains can be a huge factor in length gains.

Is it OK to focus on the straight downward stretch? To me it feels the most intense because of my high erection angle, I can really feel it pulling on my inner penis and ligaments, especially on the downward directions. I think it's because I press down against my erection.

Also what I like to do is to dedicate my last 5 minute set (I always do 4 sets) to a downward center stretch. When I get out of my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] after that I have an insane flacid hang! Or do you think that a 5 minute stretch is too much?

Keep doing that playboi every stretch complements a girthing. If you haven't already try low-grip stretches those really hit the inner penis.

I am doing realy well with expansion , I do pack my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] :).
But my penis base does not improve too much it is thinner then reset of my penis . Is it any thing I could do to inprove the girth of my penis base ,get it bigger and stronger?

What kind of pressure are we looking at in the tube to get an effective stretch.. Just as an experiment I used my smaller diameter air tube and pump along with a bungie cord attached to a hook on the ceiling. I gorilla taped a piece of paracord into a loop shape to attach the other end of the bungie and clipped on using a small d ring.. I pumped to about 5 hg and with the tension of the bungie I hit right at about 10 hg pressure in the pump. Sitting on my couch with a pull straight out, I was hesitant to go much higher and wasnt really sure that I was getting enough of a stretch to pull on the internals. Am I going about this right? I know its not a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] but the idea is the same but with a pull assist instead of the hands.
 
A thing to do while hardcore stretched is reverse kegel. You can feel a better stretch this way, but otherwise you're doing fine brah. If you pack the tube near the head do you feel that part taking most of the brunt? If yes apply some lube there to help it release some

If I pull upwards on the the tube creating a bit more pressure, I feel some discomfort right below the head. With the smaller tube I pack it all the way to the glans. So the 10 hg is enough to be effective? I remember reading something about the conversion of (hg) to "pounds of pull"a while back but I can't seem to find it now. I guess this would have the benefits of erect stretching?? along with the idea of progressive stretching? Or are is these two different things.

That sounds about right. There should be a great deal of pressure in order to be able to pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] b ut it should not be painful. Simply get an erection, get into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], pump to max and then pull on pump to hit eternal penis.
 
Yes bra just try for all the vacuum not go straight to the glans. Expressive stretching is not the same as erect stretching, but it overlaps

In my opinion, the only Expressive Stretch more powerful than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] Hardcore Stretches are [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] low grip stretches. In either case, or in any of the other methods of expression will add so much to you gains from an area never thought possible before.
 
why going in those directions in particular (center left,right) if i start center right n left does it make any difference...Do the ligaments need to get hit in that direction in particular?:P

Hitting as many angles with intensity will ensure any gains that are available will happen if every angle is attacked.
