Hardcore Stretches

I am sure many of you have been trying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

DONE

After the workout and possibly into the next day you may feel extreme fatigue and soreness so you may need time off (possibly 1 on 1 off if it is too sore). Also, the stretching may be painful at first as this is a completely different way to stretch) so take time to become accustomed to it. The stretch is coming from deep lower tissue deformation and the stretch is pulling from the lower portions of your penis, there is a learning curve but you will see quickly that this is an area of stretch that will bring some very good length gains.
 
Today I did random outward stretches for 10 to 30 seconds WHILE doing my girth. works perfectly fine, i really believe this will do something. in fact I can feel my ligs working right now.

only problem there is that after a stretch I have to re-pump a tiny little bit which leads to my glans scratching against the tube.. but other than that, its great

Yup, gotta repump after a stretch or two but worth the time. Any fatigue after the fact?
 
sounds great. after a few days off i will jump back in with this. they sound very promising, and im always looking for new techniques/methods to keep myself from stagnant. thanks dld!

I don't think it should be replaced by flaccid stretching but it should be added to your existing length and/or girth routine. It is a completely different way of stretching from a whole other angle and point of anchor. Could be very promising. I know Redzulu has been doing them too.

Yes, you can pull out and return to a good erection level. What I do is let some adult entertainment run while I am training...A tad bit of Viagra helps too:)

I can speak for myself, these are an incredible, deep, deep stretch technique. It is kind of like erect stretching but the intensity is set at the ligaments in a way that can't be duplicated using my hands. As far as gains go, I am not sure yet I want to wait 2 months before measuring again.

i been doing these for about a week or so, it seems like pullin on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is increasing the vacuum. i am getting greater expansion pulling on it than not.

anyone else experience this?

Absolutely, but I want to wait until my next measuring day to post it. Nothing that I've ever tried for stretching the tunica compares to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] SU stretch, its so so intense. The lig pull when doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches is intense as well and I don't even pull very hard. Its comparable to hanging btc and doing the blue whale lig pull--(I don't remember the exact name)--. The only problem I'm having now, is at the beginning when doing straight up stretches for the tunica, my balls get very close to getting sucked in and I don't like that. It gets better once I get expansion later on in the sets.

I guess that was kind of a mini review, but once I measure the gains in July I will post a full review.

Thanks DLD I actually read that yesterday I think. I was wondering if anyone , you in particular since you have been doing them the longest has seen any gains? Im sure you have but was wondering if you have measured yet or when you were planning on it. I am going to start these tomorrow as today is a girth day.

Have not measured length yet but I know I have made gains in my comparison to my 11" remote control:) I also have massive base girth size increase, just insane. I feel as though this thick base girth is actually a length gain from internal penis being sucked and pulled out by ty the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches.

This is a whole new way to make length gains and I think it may be one of the fastest methods.
 
I made a stretch with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] that I've called the Bathmate Crossbow and is killer for attacking the ligaments. Will throw up a diagram shortly. I agree with DLD on these vacuum stretches using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], they are unlike anything else around and literally pull the inner penis outwards.
