I am sure many of you have been trying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.
Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.
Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.
Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

hi all, I started using the hydromax 7 for 3 weeks now, and gains have been pretty impressive.
Using only the bathmate on the 5x5x3 routine, and about 20 to 30 mins manual stretching while I Netflix, then sleep.
Started on 13 April with following measurements
BPEL: 5”
EG: 4.5”
As of today 9 May, measurements are
BPEL: 5.25”
EG: 5”
Measurements were taken at least 12 hours after my last pumping session. These are probably temporary gains but it’s encouraging.
just a question, my current NBPEL is only 4.5”, should I focus more on the BM hardcore stretches for length gains? Can I do a modified BM stretch routine coupled with the 5x5x3 routine in a time frame of about half an hour?

Just to add, I’m rather tight on time and don’t really have much alone time as I’ve got a kid and another coming soon.
Would you recommend the BM hardcore stretches? I tried it last night but it seems to lose abit of pressure when I’m stretching left or right. Instead, I tried doing rotary stretches and it seems like it won’t lose pressure or balls get sucked in.

yes, bundled stretching needs to be done before you train for girth and before you train for length. There is a simple reason why we do this and that’s because the tunica is extremely dense and we pre-stretch it using bundled stretching and in doing so your penis is able to take on much more size.
ok thanks! How long should I be doing the bundled stretching? Is this the stretch whereby you corkscrew the penis and hold it against your knuckles on right and left hands?
Hey to all the Veterans reading this, I just posted my positive experience with bathmate 5/5/3 with ssj for temp girth expansion, in the bathmate section of the forum. I am going to continue that program till the end of the year, at which point I am going to try the hardcore stretches.
My question is, do I continue with the ssj's in between the hardcore stretches? So I basically stick to my routine but instead of passive pumping for each 5 minutes I just ramp it up by doing the Hardcore stretches? Forgive me if this has been answered already.
Btw, my end goal of 9 x 7 is only 3/8" length and 5/8" at the base girth away. No kidding, I've been at this for over 15 years and I am Soooooo ready to go into permanent maintenance phase. Please root for me! I can post before after pics to prove it if I can make it happen. I probably started around 7.5 Bpel and around 5" EG at mid shaft (base girth got huge through hanging and erect jelqs - which I found like 14 years ago in a Chinese book on internal exercises of all places -, currently 6 3/8" base girth).
