Alright thanks DLD! :D I just wanted to make sure because my penis was getting stretch so freaking hard and it hurts like crazy after a few hours, but I was able to fight against that pain. If the pain was too much than I have to take it off and rest for 30 minutes than put it back on.

Well you see that's the thing I have to make sure my penis is tied tightly because my penis is getting pulled really hard I have to make sure it doesn't come off and after a few hours I feel so much pain because of that tightness should I reduce the pull?
 
Been using this routine for the last week and the soreness is great. Just need to figure out sometime to attach on the outside for a better grip onto a smooth wet [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] tube.... gonna to try a neoprene cock ring covered with tape to create a slight edge to grab onto...
 
Is anyone using the universal pump sleeves with this exercise? I find that it doesn't 'feel' like I'm getting as good a stretch with the sleeve on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. So I've been doing Warmup->Bathmate without sleeve for the stretches then 300 wet jelqs -> put the sleeve on and 10 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] -> 5 mins SSJs -> 10 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] -> 5 mins SSJs then warm down/kegs/T Health massage. Seems to kill 2 birds with one stone and I feel a better stretch. With the sleeve on I feel like I'm pulling from the hole of the sleeve but without I feel the base of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doing the grip. Anyone else care to add in their 2 cents?

I have never tried it with the sleeve. Have you tried it both ways? Have you seen any benefits to either way?

Ok I decided to do some RnD with this. In the shower I find it easier to not use the slave for the stretches only because it's difficult to achieve an erection to fit through the sleeve. But I constantly have to hold onto my testicles so they don't get sucked into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

When not in the shower the sleeve is more preferable because I can pull on it once I achieve max pressure and I don't have to worry about getting pulled in all the way it's a lot more comfortable and I seem to get a better stretch.

I modified the the routine a bit I usually do 300 wet jelqs followed by putting on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and then doing the hard-core stretches. I do kegel work I between each stretch. So hold a stretch for 30 seconds then do 20 quick Kegels, stretch for 30 seconds and do 20 2 second kegels and hold the final stretch for 30 seconds and then hold a kegel for 30 seconds I seem to have a lot less fluid buildup this way.

After the HC stretches I do 5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] then 10 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doing about 300 kegels -> 5 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] then another 10 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with 300 kegels then warm down and testical health massage. Seems legit so far ;)

I would. It is an amazing tool and so versatile as a pump. It really makes the routines so much more fun. Another benefit is using right before sex, instant, useable gains!:)

so i've been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] steady for about 2 weeks. I think I missed 1 morning and went in during a shower at night.
the first couple of days I had immense feeling of gains. just holding my erect wang in my hand had a considerable weight increase.
I should have measured but I didn't. I don't want to play the numbers game, I want to just look at it and know that it's working.

i'll measure later when it remains that size and i start to fill up the tube some more.

so far... i can look at it and see some sizeable gains. anyways... just want to set aside any claims from anyone who is benefitting off sales from the units and just say that as a consumer of the product... I can see myself gaining considerable mass in all directions with this unit, and I will continue to use it.

Once I get comfortable with some more time using it, I'm going to look into the DLD GirthBlasters and whatnot, and get into some more specific routines. For now it's pump and stretch, deflate... shower a bit. pump and stretch. deflate... shower some more. then pump and let it stay expanded for 5 minutes.

This seems to be working for me so far.

The thing that I like most is u start for expample at 150...u stretch so the tube is further and its looks like u have a bit less pump, than after the 30 secs u come back and bam 160-170.. and again 160 ..pull, hang, pump.. 180.. damn. 1 time I went 200 already, but mostly its 180-190.

Took the advice DLD put on here before Idk why it took me so long but is was something like this 5 mins [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then I jelq I do this 3 times at max pressure and I probably used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] a total of 10 times since I had it in months and what I noticed before I may use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 10-20 on and be done and I would start out at 150 I think and get to 165 after the session as now I do the every 5 mins switch thing and I tart in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at 170 and and usually end up to 180 and this is my third time trying it this was and its moving pretty rapid and I was suggest guys do it this way
 
Guys, love these stretches! But im noticing one thing. The day following this workout my EQ is very low.. I also hang. I've read that whilst hanging, one will typically experiences poor EQ. Some days this is true for me and some days no. So I've deduced that my lowest EQ comes from doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. So, I know that obviously I should wait for my EQ to improve to do these stretches mainly because I should enter the pump fully erect. But im wondering if the days that I wasn't going to do the stretches to still go into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a normal session?

Also, I was wondering if I should eject from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and re-stimulate my self to full erection before each stretch angle or should I just enter erect at the beginning then just finish the routine?

@house, I've never tried hanging myself but I'd imagine it tires the penis out. I would take breaks inbetween swapping up excercises to not overdo it. Just take shorter breaks over time until you get to a point where you don't really need them.
