I also like heating pads and a big cup of warm water. Heating pad is my favorite when I can use it all day, it just loosens everything up and everything hangs so low.

From 5.6 inch BPenis EnlargementL to 6.889 BPenis EnlargementL (in about 7 years) Sometimes very consistent with a good routine, but had a lott off bad routines. (too much intensity) The routine I am doing now is very good. Going to meause the 7th.
