Hello guys, starting tommorow with my new routine. Its a mix off REDZULLU2003 for length and DLD phase 2 for girth.

Length:
DLD blasters (hold as long as possible, 10 min. total)
DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries (hold as long as possible, 5 min. each side)
Blue_Whale's Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise ''mandingo secret'' (hold as long as possible, 10 min total)
Mother off all stretches (hold as long as possible, 5 min. each side)

Girth:
7 sets of 100 DLD Double forced jelq and bend, supersetted with 60 sec. Isolated compression squeeze.
+
3 min. compression squeezes.

I will do this 2 days on 1 day off. First lenght session and later on the day the girth session.

DLD blasters: nice stretch felt.
DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries: Very good stretch, gonna do these 10 min each side from now.
Mandingo: first couple off times seated, but standing and concentrating on the reverse kegal is so much better.
MOAS: Sometimes very intense, sometimes a little, need to get my fingertechnique right :)

I just tried the MOAS with a wooden ruler (thin one) and a a6 note book (to write notes in ;)) I feel my ligs with both off them, but I think the ridge of the a6 note book is best.

The 100 DLD jelq and bends supersetted with 60 sec. isolated compression squeeze went good and i got an nice increase in girth. (7 sets)

I also did 10min compression squeeze against my notebook. Need another harder flat surfice for better technique!

Me to! I am excited because I can feel my ligs getting worked at since a long time ago!

Just need to keep this up. Full concentration and the 28th november I am going to measure.

Mandingo: In need to twist myself into good position every time, but once i get it, it feels as a good stretch
MOAS: Used the notebook, nice stretch left, pretty intense on the right. Did these for 5 min. each side.

Length routine went well. Tonight girth routine, this time gonna try supraslammers. Was curious about them.

Just started today with citrillune mallate, gonna keep you updated!

I started the supraslammers but forgot to jelq before doing the slammers. I got 5 sets in before I went to far and blow my load. My jelqtechnique was wrong to, thats why I didnt got maximum expension in the head I think.

Going to try these again tommorrow, I think they have good potential if I do these the wright way.

I heard from blue whale that with the MOAS you dont stretch the left side. So from now on stretching only the right side for 10 min. instead off 5 min. each side. :)
 
Routine went overal well, but some points to remember.
I think the DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries, is the best exercise off them all, because I can really feel my ligs with them. Maybe my technique is not so good on the other exercises. The notebook didn't cut it with the MOAS today, so maybe need to find some other equipment. Up to my girthroutine, testing the slammers once again :)
 
Oke, got 6 six slammers in today. But allready cummed a little on the second one. Timing is way off. I got good expension but I can't compare it to DLD's routine yet. Tommorow is rest day, so then I can then try to get it good.

In the bathroom I finally located my ligcord, so I think the MOAS will go good this time also.

Last days just doing my routines. My technique is getting way better. A good technique is essential to gaining, thats for sure.

Tonight lenghtroutine and girthroutine together. Gonna be a long night haha

Today length and girth. Made some changes for better effect I think.

Lenght: I do 20 min of Mandingo stretch instead of 10 mandingo and 10 min MOAS. This is because I can sometimes feel the MOAS stretch and sometimes not.

Girth: 20 min dld jelq and bend with some iso compression squeezes. 10 min head girth work. 10 min compression squeeze against notebook. and some superslammers to finish it off.

Going strong I think. Tommorow 1 day off.

PS: I still do the DLD blasters (without the arm) for 10 min as my first exercise and then 10 min each site dld behind cheek stretch.
 
Could not do the girth session, because during my warmup I did a kegal and felt a sharp pain on the side off my shaft.

I did 12 to 15 minutes light jelqing. During my warmdown I did not feel the sharp pain anymore. I am going to continue my normal workout tomorrow.

Light jelqing is great for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] I think. Improves good circulation.

Haha kinda funny, I did some Supraslammers because I coudn't do the DLD jelq and bends, to much fatique from the lenght session in my tunica.

I increased the Mandingo with 10 minutes and my technique improved. I think this is to much so next time 10 minutes mandingo instead off 20 minutes. rofl
