Roll Stretches back between the cheeks to the left for 30 seconds each.
Roll Stretches back between the cheeks to the right for 30 seconds each.

Going for about 20-30 minutes and finish off with 10 min. Jelqing/sqeeuze.

I did this routine for a couple of weeks but sadly have to stop because off discoloration around the glans area. (still think this is one of the beste length methods)

Routine is as following:

5 min. warmup
5 min. downward stretching (all kind of angles) + 5 min. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches (all kind of angles) x 3 sets.
5 min. warmdown.

Total 40 min. routine

So are you not training? I mean, you are on a break from the discoloration?
