Short routine, just trying the CTS stretches out. I feel a good stretch in the shaft, but need to get the hang off it. This time I tried it with theraband. Next time gonna use a scunciwrap for under the clamp. rofl

Got bruising after my CTC stretches, I really hate that. A little red/black spot at the upper shaft. I hope it will be less tomorrow. Need to grip closer to my head I think.
Just did some wanking and had negative PI's:
- difficult to get blood in the midshaft and glansarea
- difficult to keep hard
