Oke going to try that! How many sets, seconds would you recommend?

Yesterday:
- 5 min. warmup
- 8.25 pounds 10 min (fat)
- 15 jelq
- warm shower
 
Today:
- 5 min. warmup infrared
- 8.25 pounds 2,5 min (skin fat)
- 15 min. DLD BLASTERS
- 15 min. Jelq
- 5 min. warmdown infrared

Did not see the last post till now, but 15 minutes is what I was going to recommend. How did they feel after that fatigue?
 
In the old days I didn't feel much from the blasters, but after hanging I feel them much better, I hope they are they key to some length gains :)

Good to see you sticking with the DLD Blasters, they are such a good fatigue exercise. I gained close to 1.5" with these alone.

At one time, when I was a member of T's place, DLD Blasters were the biggest and best exercise for length. The thread at T's Place (although locked) is still one of the biggest threads there.

- 15 min. Jelq/squeezes
- 5 min. wascloth warmdown

Overview:
- The blasters make my dick so stretchy that I am going to fully concentrate on them! Going to do this routine for a month and see how it works. What do you think DLD?

Keep a close watch on you BPFS measurement. With Blasters it should steadily get longer and longer. As you see this happen it becomes important to do erect stretches (maybe 5 minutes a day), this will help convert those length gains to erect gains.

I really hope so. Been in the game for so long. And still just 24 haha. Just done with my routine and I feel my ligs again! Almost an irritating feeling when I massage them, the dld blasters hits them hard!

- 30 min. DLD blasters
- 15 min. Jelq/squeezes
- 5 min. infrared warmdown

- 30 min. DLD blasters
- 17 min. Jelq/squeezes
- 5 min. infrared warmdown

Always go to the bathroom first when doing DLD blasters haha, fartet the whole length off the exercise haha. But still good workout!
