Don't know, dont see any erect difference. (by eye offcourse) Maybe I should pull harder at the first part of the dld blaster en then all out. Sometimes I just stretch it out lightly in the first part.

How do you do the 2 stretches here in your first day of routine?

Your routine is 1 full year strong. How do you feel about your progress thus far? You haven't missed a beat, even your holiday was brief and expected for a such a well designed routine like this one. What type of gain's have you made? Beyond7's journal is Le-git
 
I hate to tell you this guys, but no gains in any direction since 3 months. My last lenght gain was about 9 months ago. My last girth gain was 3 months ago.

I think my lig gain potential is 0% at the moment. I feel the ligs burning after my routines but not even a mm gain in BPFSL.

I know I can gain more girth with the DLD girth blaster routine. But I don't know what to do with lenght. I REALLY WANT 7 inches.

Any suggestions guys? I know I will get a FAT dick but I just want a bit more lenght haha.

New angle of attack. Tunica.

Workout 1:
- 5 min. hot bath warmup
- 15-20 min. DLD Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches (straight out)
- 5 min. hot bath warmdown

Workout 2:
- 5. min infrared warmup
- 20-30 min. DLD Bundled Double Tunica stretch
- 5. min infrared warmdown

I will switch between these two workouts because off privacy issues (still living with my parents, not for long though :P)
The workouts or not long, but will be intense and done every day when possible.

Wish me luck, and I love any remarks about the routines.

Nice workout, sometimes have to ease on the pressure and stretch, because skin is getting a bit sore at the balls area haha
