Still going strong. Feeling my ligs very good.

No adjustments to my routine yet. I am doing 100 quick kegals during the day at times. I notice that my pcmuscle is getting stronger.
 
Hey i noticed that you dont mention EQ on your thread. As your doing your workout, how does you EQ look say 12 hours after a workout. Or as the week progresses?
 
Well it depends. I just stopped watching adult entertainment and I think its going to make a lot of difference. I watched adult entertainment since I was 12. I am 23 now so I am off adult entertainment now for 6 days. I even explained it to my girlfriend because there were some problems ;)

After stretching my EQ is best after 48 hours off rest.
 
I know what you mean. I really hope having sex once or twice a day really doesnt affect our Penis Enlargement. THat would really suck. I dont want my hard work to be lost...
 
Isn't sex one of the reasons for doing Penis Enlargement? But I know what you mean. I don't know whether or not it affects the gains but if I ejaculate, there's definitely something that gives me a feeling of shrinkage (and most definitely the body releases hormones, et c) as well as I feel I'm not maximizing growth potential.

Stop having sex is not an alternative for me. So (by mistakte I might add) I'm practicing multi-orgasms, meaning I come but I don't cum! This removes the feelings of shrinkage, keeps blood in my dick, leaves me contempt and ready to go at basically any time and you get a lot of energy.

I've just taken my first few steps, but it feels awesome. Check out this post about multi-orgasms. Recommend it!

I started my Lenghtmaster routine on 2009-12-01. And 1 month later I made gains. I am very happy with that.

My routine is as follows:
5 min. washcloth warmup
10 min light/medium hanging

5 min. stretch to the right with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
5 min. stretch BTC with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
5 min. stretch upward with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
5 min. warmdown with washcloth

So its pretty basic, no twists.

I use a scunci headband as wrap. Just slid it on and ready to go!

I wil do that routine when the routine I am doing now, stops working.

I will measure in 5 days from now and if I have not gained then I will try to the routine every day. If that stops to work I will do the above routine. :)

Same routine but now I am going to try the routine every day, max. 1 day rest.

It is a great workout but be sure to wrap well first.

Looks great...how is your comfort level?
 
My comfort level is allright. I adjust the pulling by feel. When the stretch isn't good enough I twist some more or pull harder.

Still don't know how many days working out is the way to go :)

I have gained on 2 days on, 1 day off and 4-5 days on 2-3 off. :)

Such a effective workout I will ask him how it is going. Last time I saw him and discussed penis enlargement he said he gained another .25" (making his total length gains almost an inch in about 4 months).
