You are still doing between 1-4 sets of 6X6 throughout the day, however during the 1 minute rest periods, you are getting yourself erect, or partially erect, before re-entering the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Is the correct?

How does that effect the pressure that you use when starting your 6X6 sets? Are you basically just going to max pressure each time, or are you still working up to max pressure? Are you finding that you are getting better results this way?

You're welcome! Yes, a couple of times when I've used the "enhancers" I've gone in partially erect, but that has been very few. Still doing 6X6 sets, 1 to 4 times per day. On the days when I know its likely that I'm only going to do 1 session, I will have a tendency to hit the pressure and kegals harder. I might be to full pressure by the 2nd set and begin kegalling hard by the 4th set. On the days when I know I'm going to get in 2 to 4 sessions, I will go about it more slowly and raise pressure in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] more slowly. I'll work my way up to full pressure by about the 4th set and begin kegalling on the 4th set as well. I tend to build pressure more slowly if I know that I'm going to do multiple sessions on a given day, as I feel this works better for me. I can't stress enough how much kegalling has helped, it really pushed me past that last little bit of a sticking point so I could pack the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] completely. The kegalling was the missing link for me that absolutely has been the ticket. I have been making these little stars in my workout journal where I feel it was a "breakthrough day" and as I look back in my journal, almost every day that I kegalled was where I put a star! It just has made a HUGE difference for me.

That's awesome Dan. Your results are phenominal. I think I missed the kegeling part of your routine? How is the kegeling entered in the workout? During the breaks, in the tube, or both. Also, are you still doing the 10 min jelq sesssion after 6X6 session?

Yes, I agree tcssmos, it has been phenomenal! I start kegalling on set 4 and go through set 6 with them. Not during breaks. Yes, still doing the jelques. I continue to kegal at the same time that I'm doing the 10 minute jelques afterward. The kegalling in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has been the real key though. I experimented with kegalling the entrire time I was in the tube for each session, but it was too much - the fluid was too great, so now I start on the 4th set.

I can't confirm that so far.
I'll keep an eye out for it, but so far my squatting doesn't seem to have anything to do with what I do in the bedroom.

You're welcome! I just do a variety of different things with the kegals, sometimes just pump them quick, other times real hard and hold for a few seconds. Just using my imagination :-)

I agree Mike! I'm sold on it as I'm using it now to expand girth within the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I know as you and others pointed out that its very valuable in many respects, its just this is one application that took me entirely by surprise! I'd be curious to hear what you think after using it for a bit....

Hate to ask this question so late in this thread but since I noticed that Dan has stated that he uses shorter sessions instead of longer sessions with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], does this stand true for most people using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? Don't know if I am wording my question right or not but basically if you go let's say just for the sake of this question, 45 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or longer... could this detrimental to getting any type of gains? My thought process was that if you had longer sessions it would get you to gain faster? Is my theory off in the way I am thinking about this?

Questions are always welcome Jaytea. I just started experimenting to see what worked best for me. I wanted to do two things: minimize lymph fluid, and maximize internal expansion. The short sets of 6X6 minutes did that for me. I'm extremely happy with how well its worked. It doesn't work for everyone, so my advice would be to just keep experimenting to see what works the best for you.

Was that a question Mike? I've not tried short sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed by jelqing, in other words: super-sets. I just do 10 minutes of jelqing after I'm done with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. My damn fat pad is something I'm trying to get rid of as well, I think it hides more penis that I really have... sucks! I am hoping by combining push-ups and sit-ups this will help me get the fat pad down to a not so "fat" pad!

Exercise is great but diet is the key to getting rid of the fat pad.
