I have done a lot of reflecting on this exercise. Originally Red created this as a width exercise; however, since many of us get some pretty huge expansion from this I believe this could be more effective than regular clamping for girth. What do you guys think?

Of course it is more effective than regular clamping! This sh*t clamps you off at the extreme base very tight and makes you squash your penis like crazy LMAO !

Right but you have to consider the dynamics. Like Clamping alone allows more blood in while on the other hand I have had a hard time with getting more blood in with Frendos. As far as I know, Red had no problem with this because edged while doing this, but to those who don't/can't where can you get the extra blood expansion. You know what I mean?

I was kind of being the devil’s advocate in my last post to kinda help you see where I was coming from lOl you weren’t supposed to agree with me. I would like to mention I had no problem getting blood in my penis during Frendos when I was using ���� but I am not using it anymore and Frendos became much much harder to get serious expansion. I think the crushing effect of Frendos is similar to clamped jelqing but maybe better. Trying to create a visual here, it seems as you crush the penis, blood is pushed sideways and some amount it pushed out of the penis to create balance. If you are able to keep supplying the penis with fresh blood from having a hard erection and being able to kegel then you would in effect push more blood into the penis that could be pressed sideways.

With clamping it seems more static. Like sure you get to a certain expansion but it seems you have to do something else on top of that to create more overload. I mean you can kegel in more blood but I think the evolution of clamping to clamped jelqing and all the other exercises Red mentioned in his clamping guide is what really overloads the penis easier to actually get that serious girth that he became famous for. I think Frendos are in the same realm as clamped jelqing but it is like the whole penis is being smashed at the same time versus inch by inch with clamped jelqing.

I don't have any specific thing to point to and say I gained from this alone. But I have gained about a quarter of girth in probably like the last 2 very inconsistent years. I know that is a long time for not a lot of girth gain but like I said I was inconsistent until recently and I think I figured out another one of my problem. I have not really mentioned this on the forum but I have peyronies and I curve to the left. I have noticed when doing intense girth work that the left side of my penis would be really sore afterward while the right side did not feel sore at all. My theory is the curve is somehow causing unequal pressure on the left side, in so much that it tears the skin. This has happened with pumping, clamping, Frendos etc. So right now I am on a break from Penis Enlargement because once again my skin like tore off on the left side (from over expansion on that side .. weird I know) from my last routine of Frendos and pumping so I am really just going to focus on curve correction, with some DMSO and jelqing against the curve. I haven’t seen anyone else mention having unequal pressure from peyronies while doing girth work.

I am most likely going to start my own thread on my progress with curve correcting and once I fix this problem I will come back here and figure out how to get more blood into my penis with Frendos. I am toying with the idea of Viagra and Frendos :) …. Extreme expansion anyone?

If the clamp isn't tight enough, though- you can have a lot of blood go back to your body instead of having it squashed. Damn man, you sure must have had some serious expansion from these Frendos to have such an injury now! Why don't you try doing bend correction exercises? :)

Well my injury was just like a skin tear but I keep getting them. Yea, sometimes I do bends but I get impatient and keep coming back to girth work like Frendos. The hardest part of injury is taking time off.

I mentioned awhile back that I might try this exercise with Viagra or cialis because I found it hard to keep an erection without watching ����. Well I am pleased to tell you guys that I am taking cialis daily now (10mg daily since 12/4/13) and had a session of Penomet pumping, Frendos and post workout clamping (done just like a post-workout cock ring) today and I ended my session with 6.25inches of girth versus my unpumped 5.5 inches of girth. I was able to keep my erection during frendos with no problem and my penis definitely stayed crushed throughout.

I think I have thin skin on the upper left side of my penis which experiences more strain when I do girth work than the right side of my penis (which tears easily) so for about the last month I only do Penis Enlargement three times a week. As a side effect of doing less Penis Enlargement I believe I have cemented my girth to 5.5 inches (up from 13.5cm or 5 3/8 inches). Now I will be doing Frendos three times a week and will most likely make a log so you guys can follow my progress of cialis, dsmo/paba, frendos, penomet pumping, clamping and my 24 hour cock ring.

Hey all, I plan on adding this to my girth routine soon, what do you guys use as the "tile"? Should I just go to home depot, and find some tile thats the length and width of the tile in the original post? Thanks in advance for answers everyone! :)

If you can find acryl tile cheap, go for it. I have some, but honestly, I have not advanced to this exercise yet.

So many cockrings are available; silicone is a good material. I like that a cockring has some width to it. A ring will become uncomfortable very fast in my opinion; a "ring" width more width to it makes it so that it won't dig to the skin so bad.
Just check your local adult store or order online. Few guys seem to like Doc Johnson cockring, it has some width.

Be careful!

I used large rat traps from the dollar store. I took the metal components off of the trap, added some tape (or ur could do a little sanding) and i was ready to go. I don't think you can get cheaper or easier than this.

Ok, so i finally got all the equipment to do this exercise, and I was trying it last night, and I was using the large clamps to clamp down on the tiles I started feeling the "pressure" and it seemed like waaay to much so I stopped immediately to avoid possible injury, so I was wondering if that was normal and I should proceed, or do something else completely? :p Thanks in advance for the answers!

What exactly do you feel? And how hard are ya clampin'?

Do you feel like your urethra is going to explode or something? I would say just go gentle and practice it, but smartly not go as hard like you said.

Yes, it is a high pressure exercise. How long have you been clamping?
