First off, your toilet should never be dirty, second, you can use any flat surface to do the squeeze, the toilet is just convenient.

the toilet bowl rim is smaller then the toilet seat. the rim will compress only a segment on your cock from the bottom. the first segment will be the base. then move up towards the glans. how many segments you can make will depend on how big your cock is. the average man will likely have 2-3 segments. DLD has 5 segments lol.

it will help to shift your girth from the top to the sides.

I have to use a sink. There's no way I can fit my unit on a rim of a toilet seat or maybe just a small portion. I tried these last night and used the sink in the bathroom to get the total portion of my unit.

Just squish my unit for 60 seconds?

Yup, a flat surface and squash that puppy for 60 seconds a rep. I would say 10 reps would be a good enough routine to widen the penis. Also, if you are using a sink you should try out DLD Sink Stretches, a very powerful body fulcrum stretch.

I find it much more comfortable to do all my PE work laying back in bed watching TV. So much easier doing this exercise with adjustable carpentry clamps and small pieces of plywood. Put some tape on the wood to avoid splinters. Much more enjoyable (I find the toilet thing gross too even if it's cleaned well) I think than kneeling in front of a toilet but to each their own :) You can experiment with multiple cable clamps in different areas of the penis too to get more expansion in certain areas if needed.

I used to spend a lot of time in the bathroom doing my pe so I came up with many exercises while in there. Today I have the privacy to train anywhere but I still love those bathroom exercises I created. Sink Stretches are very powerful and will help with length big time, the entire body weight can be used in the stretch if the grip is solid. And, of course, toilet compression squeezes are a great way to bring a wider girth.

Nice! Only GOD knows what I've done in toilets... Before, when I had a lack of privacy I used to go to the mall toilet and have a 30 minute stretching routine and sometimes some edging.... You gotta love this!!!! PE in public! (Giving a fistbump!) :) LMAO
