Why not try to stay crushed for a longer period of time or just increase the weight intensity? Or maybe clamp even harder to prevent any blood from escaping your shaft. Or maybe go as far as to start squeezing your glans to have more blood to manipulate in the shaft for further expansion. Or just wrap the head when it is fully expanded (wrap hard enough to have at least 40% of its blood in the shaft). You might add a second clamp before the glans... lots of things to do ,girth! Tell me what you think :)
 
well ya those all sound pretty good. Except Id hate to squeeze blood or wrap my glans as Im trying to keep that engorged and gain in size as well..looks like trying to increase the pressure and clamp seem like pretty good options. I wouldnt mind getting a second opinion just to feel better, but those are decent options :)
 
Thanks, plus- your glans will grow that way- you are having pressure in there and having cells expand. I've never tried this exercise- I am far too newbie for this, but please tell me what your experience is with this, especially once you do the stuff I told you :)

I find my expansion can vary depending on how I go into the crusher. What I mean by that is how erect or how much expansion I already had (by pumping up first). Note: You want to get a decent amount of expansion prior to doing the crusher because it is hard to get a lot of blood in after you are in the crush unless you are able to edge or something (guys with foreskin will be able to do this much better than those without). The way I do the crusher is I get a full erection, then get into the crush which works with that erection basically crushing the blood and expanding the cells in a width direction while I attempt to keep the erection.

Also one thing you might want to try is wrapping your glans so that blood stays in the shaft (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...-head-insane-expansion&highlight=wrapped+head). I know from experience when I don’t wrap my glands and do these crushers I feel more pressure in the glands area, as the pressure and blood is trying to escape somewhere. Once I wrap my head I feel all the pressure under the tiles which is what you want.

So remember full erection before hand and then crush … It isn’t going to feel good .. on the uncomfortable scale I give it about a 9 out of 10 and if you aren’t uncomfortable during this exercise you probably are doing it wrong.

P.S. you don't want to do these with a cock ring because you are going to need a strong enough clamp to fight the pressure of the blood trying to get out of the penis as a result of the tiles crushing the penis. I don't know any cock rings that can accomplish this so I suggest cable clamps. Me personally I use two red cable clamps (not for the faint of heart).

1- how do you wrap you head? Is it, get eretct, clamp in the base, wrap head and go in the Frendos then?
2- since I see that you sure have technique mastery and a lot of experience with these- what is the best expanion you've ever had with these? :)

To your questions

1) There are two methods I have used to wrap my glands. First it should be noted: I wear a condom while pumping and doing these crushers so originally I used duck tape and just duck taped over the condom where my glands are. This method is ok.. not great because the condom can move. The current way I wrap is the same as
dickerschwanz in his “Clamping with wrapped head..insane expansion” thread. If you watch the video in the first post in his thread I do the same thing but I use a 10 inch long piece of Ace Bandage folded over and held in place by a rubber band. Then I put a condom over all of this because I superset hydropumping and crushers (Girth program (SRT 5x5x3)).

For anyone that does these crushers, the condom helps the skin not get stuck to the tiles and helps avoid that skin pulling type discomfort when you are taking the tiles off. For me I mostly use the condom for pumping to help limit fluid retention; however, it has the added bonus of helping with crushers.

2) Ok my stats first: my bpel is a bit over 7.5inches, my girth is 5 7/16th inches (which is a bit over 5.25) and my width is 2 inches. After I am done supersetting pumping, crushers and regular clamping my girth is around 6.25inches and my width is somewhere inbetween 2.25 and 2.5inches. I apologize I don’t write down my width expansion after I finish my Penis Enlargement; however, I do constantly measure. Currently I am taking a break from Penis Enlargement, total estimated time of break will be a month so 3 more weeks, so I can let my skin on my penis heal up from a prior injury which was the result of experimentation (unrelated to crushers). But yea, when I am all healed up I will post an exact post girth workout measurement for my width.

Well, I saw on a thread Red give some advice to someone who was new and wanting to clamp. He said something along the lines of go slow and be smart about it. If you have read Red’s clamping guide it appears one of the first Penis Enlargement exercises he did was clamping. You mentioned not being conditioned enough for it well if I might use an analogy: runners getting ready for a race run, fighters getting ready for a fight .. fight. So my advice to you is if you want to try something then go towards it. In the case with crushers, you might want to go ahead and start clamping if you aren’t already and then go from there. Do your research, start slow and be smart.
 
Thanks for your answer! Your session sure sound insane, you are right- I guess I should start clamping and slowly build to this exercise. Is this the best girth expanding exercise you've ever done? People that have tried it say it is insane!

Zambrodom3 I highly suggest you start clamping for at least a few months and get well conditioned as this exercise can bust blood vessels, cause bruising, and other injuries, which will only slow down your gains due to stopping to heal an injury. I know its tempting but take it slow so your dick doesnt turn BLACK which is BAD and start off 5 to 10 min clamping sessions to start off if your new to clamping. I learned this so dont make my mistake of pushing it too far (clamped too long made my dick turn black it scared me!). cheers

I find it seems to flatten the tube around the uretha (bottom tube of the penis) a bit but the main two blood tubes of the penis expands and is well worth the girth! For other who have tried these, have any of you guys tried 5x5x3 with them like me? It is a pretty intense routine. Like for me I couldn’t keep an erection for 15 minutes straight for the Frendos. Like by 10 minutes I was pretty comfortable in the crusher bc of the lost of erection and I felt it kinda lost its effect so I switched to 5x5x3. With super setting pumping and Frendos I feel like as I pump I draw more blood in to be crushed and after I crush I send blood into that stretched out area expanding it further.

Right now I am taking a Penis Enlargement break to let my skin heal up so I had to pause this experiment but what do you guys think? Do you guys think a person could get in some good gains with super sets of 5x5x3 with pumping and frendos or do you guys think 15 minutes frendos are the best way to go?

Post number 54- did that a few month ago. The only difference is that I saw RED saying this should be done 45 min max and I made it 3x15 instead of 3x5, but I guess 3x15 would be just too much! :)

So since I stayed away from them for now and sticking to pumping and light clamping my normal flaccid came back(softer).AS Ill wait till I get a good year or more of clamping then start back into these :)

You sure made me realize how far away I am from these LMAO. But step by step conditioning will come. I think superman told me that if you want to condition yourself for these, just start doing them lightly and up the intensity little by little :)

Nah, lOl I think I said start with clamping. But yea you are right once you have got clamping down you could ease into frendos perhaps with an adjustable intensity device. Now with your 15x15x3 were you about to keep your erection through the whole process?
 
I am doing this project with cialis. The half-life of cialis is 2-3 days and therefor it helps a lot because it gives more pressure blood in the penis. Then I use the method of Red. Plus, the erect stays longer too if you watch your favorite �naked people movies�. Also take multivitamin to heal faster. :) Good luck guys with your secret project.
