This exercise is I believe one (if not the most) of the most intense Penis Enlargement exercises. You must be conditioned enough to perform it, which means that you must be familiar with clamping (doing it for like 5-6 months...). So yes- how familiar are you with clamping and the other Penis Enlargement exercises?
 
I remember when I used to do these and my penis was never as fat. Wish I would have stuck with it, I'd be monstrous by now. These also helped me develop the ribs on the side of my penis.

Something I always wanted but never was able to acquire. I never tried this exercise but maybe I will give it a chance to see if I can make some changes in gaining ribs. Redzulu had incredible ribs on his penis, I guess that is why he made this thread.
 
My ribs started the first time I was serious about jelqs, so maybe I'm naturally more inclined to growing them, but this is hands down the best girth exercise I've ever done. When you finish, your penis looks like a fat ass sausage hanging between your legs.
 
It would be interesting to also add sets of compressing the sides of penis, as well top and bottom, to promote vertical width.
 
I would do that as well. That probably helped the expansion as well. Man, I can't wait to get some length gains so I can go back to clamping.
 
And I want to say sry. I cant understand some things I have adhd/learning disabilities. I mean im not stupid by any means just have trouble understanding some things. Even if it plainly stats it

ive tried this in the past but it was a little difficult doing it for time as me erction would slowly go as you cant stimulate.

right not i have a much thicker base and it tapers up, i wonder if doing these close to the top would help in increasing girth in the upper portion of the penis

You have to clamp enough that blood can't exit easily. You have to be able to kegel hard enough to get blood in though. One method I have found that works is as you kegel release some of the clamping force of your spring clamps and this will allow you to get blood in. After you are done kegeling let the clamps go back to full crashing pressure and yea get ready for some intense crashing and then repeat again and again until your set is done. A full erection isn't necessary as long as you are able to keep kegeling in blood.

I have a question: My dick isn't round, it's more like an elliptic shape. I mean my penis doenst have much width when i look down but when you see it from the side it looks fat. Is this exercise good to even that out, to get a more round penis?

The best exercise to force gains to the side would be Toilet Compression Squeezes, this will quickly translate girth from the sides to the top.

I assume this exercise is the same as the OP's just using a gross toilet bowl seat.
