Or maybe we should ask how familiar are you with clamping and the other more intense Penis Enlargement exercises. This exercise is I believe one (if not the most) of the most intense Penis Enlargement exercises. You must be conditioned enough to perform it, which means that you must be familiar with clamping (doing it for like 5-6 months...). So yes- how familiar are you with clamping and the other Penis Enlargement exercises?
