girth=circumference
width=horizontal length so to speak.

so yes width is also increasing girth.

Most girth exercises train the corpus spongosium which is on the underside of your dick. While it is said that this exercsise also trains the corpus carvernosum(check google for some pcitures of what I mean)
 
I started using this method last week. I ordered my tiles online and found my clamps for $1 each. not only did it make me wider, but also increased the sensativity of my entire penis especially my foreskin. Thanks for sharing this wonderful technique redzulu2003.

I really miss Red. He unknowingly got me back into Penis Enlargement this go round and I am thankful for that. Do we know what is happening with him?
 
Quick Question, Anyone who has tried this exercise. Seeing that it gives you width, does it flatten your dick out as well? like does it get wider than it is taller?
I imagine dough being pressed and staying in that shape

You get flatter during the exercise but it's not the shape your dick takes outside of that. Try them, you'll see what I mean. Then notice how girthy you are right afterwards and some time after that as well.
 
This exercise is a must try, but it looks a little dangerous! Looks like it is not for new guys! It might be strange, but I have read the "Best Girth Exercise" title a lot of times and I do not know what to keep in mind the most. Hmm, looks like this (everything connected to any sort of clamping and SSJing are the best ones, right?
 
Streamlining Redz Frendos

Streamline - to make simpler or more efficient (merriam-webster)

Two tiles and two clamps …. For me to get the two clamps to stay in place while I got the clamps in place was hard task and if I tried to do one side at a time it was downright painful.

Solution: there are a couple solutions I can think of. 1) You can try it in the Length Master or a similar system where the tiles are in place and you just have to tighten a nut to bring the tiles closer to each other 2) My Redz Frendos hack. Below is a picture of what I use. My basic set up to two large rat traps (yes, the large rat traps from a dollar store work very well, just take the metal pieces out of them and cover them in duck tape or some type of padding and you are good to go) and two large clamps. The hack I did on the tiles was to take a cut piece of ace bandage wrap and stretch it around the two tiles (lengthen wise) then duck tape those to the tiles … there should be some slack so you can get your penis between the tiles comfortably but not so much slack that the tiles slide around. I have attached a second picture using a bottle of lotion to act as a penis so you can see how this works (this would be prior to putting on the clamps). As you can see from the picture the ace bandage wrap around the two tiles makes it so you no longer have to hold the tiles in place as you struggle to get the clamps on and can now with two hands get both clamps on at the same time. Lastly, I am attaching a third picture so you guys can see how it all comes together. Hope this helps guys who had similar struggles as I did. And I would have made another thread for this but I didn't want it to get buried.

Nice idea, super. Hold them in place temporarily so the clamps can be appliied at once.

So I see the tiles are a bit back behind the glans. I'm kinda bullet shaped in my girth profile. I'm wondering if I move the tiles up closer behind glans if this will help even me out to as wide behind gland as mseg...?

I’m not sure if moving the tiles up closer to the glans will cause a greater evening out than just having them in the middle. Now I’m not 100% on this but I believe somewhere in this thread Red said it didn’t really matter. I prefer to have the tiles in the middle because having the tiles rake across my glans isn’t the best feeling.

It has worked pretty decent so far - haven't had a ton of experience but Jabk's post (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...nymore-The-exercise-that-caused-this-reaction) made me want to really figure out a way these could work for me. I get really good expansion - width is kinda nuts when I take off the equipment but I haven't measured my compressed size to give you a comparison to my normal size ... ummm maybe that is something I should do. I superset this with Penomet pumping so it looks like this: 10 minutes Penomet, 10 minutes Frendos, 10 minutes Penomet and 10 minutes Frendos. I have gained like half of half of half an inch (not noticeable) lol (little less than half a cm) my girth gains have kinda been slow but I am really trying to plug away at this process to get to my desired 6 inches in girth. I am on a break right now from Penis Enlargement because I have had an injury which healed but the skin over the injury didn’t really heal but maybe when am healed up and back in Penis Enlargement going hard I will give you my expansion measurement from Frendos.

That's the same thing I was thinking about- supersetting pumping and frendos. Awesome- just cockring the penis after the session and just gain like crazy. The same thread got me here as well LMAO. I tried these crushers and I saw great expansion from 2 inch width to 2 and 1/4 max! Got width did seem to flatten it though. But after a while I wasn't getting good expansion with this. Could it be because I jumped into the crushers to fast and it made my penis tough and prohibiting big girth expansion?I have only been clamping for 1 to 2 months before I started these. Any help would be greatly awesome. I also use a hose clamp to clamp. Which is round. Could I do these with a silicone cock ring?
