Do you think a second round of complete stretching (Newbie Routine) in the PM is the better route to go for pure length?

Always! I have said it before, the only limit on how much stretching one can do is time he has and soreness he may experience.
 
DLD, you been bragging me with this SRT man for over few month now, guess what? I tried it today, rather then Bathmate (since I dont have one) I did with the normal air one. I have also ventured extensively in the manual stretch as outlined by you. Dude this stuff is hardcore...... where in the hell did you come up with that behind the cheek stretch and the girth "pump" girth Blaster..... wow...... after 2 years doing PE I have not had this feeling of my dick tired and, mind you; no turteling effect...... Dude this is serious shit. WELL DONE and thank you.

Thanks my Brother! Year and years of work and dedication has created what we have now and not only from me but from the entire Brotherhood. Nothing goes unnoticed and if there is a way to make better gains we definitely are the place to find it. Not that we have not had our ups and downs but eventually the best ways to enlarge surface and this is where we pick up the torch and run. SRT is by far the best way to enlarge and we will be adding extensively to it over the next week.
 
You think can do SRT everyday? With how my donkey was tired yesterday I am sensing will need rest days. Thoughts?

Yes, you can do SRT every day but if you do find yourself with extreme fatigue you can set up a routine that will be more suited to your cycle. Maybe every other day or 5 on 1 off, whatever work best for you.
 
Hey guys, this is my first post so forgive me if this question has been answered before. I've been doing pe for about a year now, kind of on and off. I bought a bathmate but the pump cracked after about 4 months so that was the end of that.
Either way, I'm trying this plan out and started on Monday. I've been using the sizegenetics for a little less then a month, wearing it for about 8 hours a day.
This plan seems to be less time on the SG but we'll see how it goes. I'm going to have to come up with an alternative to the bathmate part but that shouldn't be to hard.

So my question is this: how many days on and how many days to rest? I don't want to over do it.

0 rest days.Rest days are a huge waste of time,you only need rest days when you're injured or extremely fatigue.For the best and fastest results,tran everyday.

You can work on the length part until you get a new BathMate.So you won't waste time.

Welcome my Brother and I am glad to have you here. This routine is a great routine but, not to go against my own self, SRT is a more evolved version of this. At the very least read through SRT before putting yourself 100% into this routine....I wrote both. Once you have decided on a routine let us help you refine it.

I do not have a bathmate and don't have the cash to buy one at the moment, would I be able to just jelq and SSJ as a substitute? Also have a lot of people seen big gains from this routine?! Not doubting the routine DLD, I'm just wondering cause it seems like this routine is awesome!:)

SSJ are the ones that help me out whit girth but you have to stay consistent n add one or two more exercises.3 months of Penis engorgement can do the trick.

Yes of course, you should add something else every now and then just to keep things fresh and shock the penis so it doesn't know what's coming. I'm not really focussed on girth at the moment I'm more focussed on length so I was wondering what sort of gains people got within the 3 months for length (if assume 1" as the title states lol)

i just started whit LM bundled stretches + erect stretchings. im going to spend two months doing them..thats all i can do for now.Hope i get the Sg asap.i will get a lot help using the device.:)
 
maybe add some mid shaft stretching if i have some extra time.

i think the bundled stretches can break the tunica but the basic stretching can help to really cement those gains....
