Fast base gains from Sqjelqs + pump (5x5x3), combined with extender use.

I have been doing pumping / squash jelq routine 5x5x3, and after that extender with variable timeframe 1-3 hours per session. I had 3 days of because I had cold. Today I returned to my routine, and got in full erection using penis ring which is absolutely awesome for sqjelgs, getting good seal with pump, and better erection. But Today was bit different in the sense that when I tried to fit my penis in the tube, it simply didn't fit in the tube snugly as before. Lube propably will fix this, or just leaving the ring out all together. There has also been something I have done time to time: squashed upwards Holding ring tightly towards glans pressing hand. Could this be the main factor in such fast base girth build up, or is it the extender or some other factor? I am also sqjelqing with quite good erection level 70-90%. This makes me wonder, if the inwards pressure coming from base fingers is the (crushing force), is factor in fast gain. It can't be inflammation, since I had good time to cover from training. What are your thoughts?
 
It may be time to get a bigger tube
