Girth and length compliment each other and help one another gain. Stretching for length will also stretch the Tunica which will bring greater girth. Also, stretching will bring base girth. Girth, since it expands in all directions also brings length gains. I think it is smartest to do both but at separate times during the day. Length in the morning for me and girth at night.
 
That's exactly how I do it I follow all ya tips DLD cause you may know what your talkin Bout wit almost a 11 inch dick

Where there is a will there is a way! Creative use of time is important, necessity is the Mother of invention! If it is still too much I suggest cutting it in half and working from there (the routine:))
 
I'm willing to do most things, i even jelq when i'm at work on my break but it would be hard to even wear the sizegenetics due to co-workers seeing it through my trousers haha.

That being said, i am really motivated at the moment and i'm getting it done whenever i can! Where there's a will there's a way! Hell yeah.

Hello im new here but not on pe. I have been doing a basic manual routine for almost a year now, but not great results so far.
So I just ordered my SizeGenetics 2 days ago and I got it today! Very fast and I will start using it tomorrow! I will follow your lenght routine and try to extend for 6hours a day, 5 days per week.
I dont have the Bathmate yet, so should I keep doing a jelq session every day for girth ? I see you jelq 100% erect, isnt that a bit dangerous?I have always wet jelqed at about 60%.

you stated that you have been doing pe for almost a year now... if thats the case your dick can handle 100% erect jelqing for sure! when i started jelqing after 4 weeks i was doing basic jelqing at 100% erect so you can too my friend! just have this in the back of your head... when you jelq at 100% erect your going to expand your penis a lot more than 60% so you will force more blood in your penis than its normally used to which will cause more expansion to help you gain in girth and possibly some length too!

Its funny because I see people in the forum that actually find time
to to the SG workout of 1.5 hour on and off+ stretches all day long...

just wondering what these people doing during the day besides Penis Enlargement...

SRT is all about time management and it is beautiful how each part of the day is used with ease to gain and heal.
 
Hey DLD im currently following your lenght routine, I just can´t have the device on for 1.5hours , I divide it in 2x45minutes periods to recirculate.

Also between each set of 1.5h I apply some heat for 5minutes, do the manual stretches and then get the sg on again!!
 
i would like to throw my hat into the ring here as i have also done DLD's excersizes but at a lighter reps and times
i have gotten several gains and its been one month since i started Nov 30 when i started and i took beggining pics and 1rst month pics

Using your heating pad will help in the safety and repair of your penis.

iam very pleased with the results i have been gaining at lower Penis Enlargement and Excercizes i have the pics in journal to show gains

I've seen you posted a review for the penomet brand new water pump i would like to know if you think if its better than the Bathmate in terms of gains and if so can we do the penis pump routine with it instead?
 
hi dld with this program do u workout 7 days straight? or do u have rest days aswell? none of ur blogs don't state anything about rest days n some people that don't take rest days end up overtraining and r back to square one like me. please help me with this one. thanks
 
What would you do to make up for not having a Bathmate?

The following modifications seems reasonable to me, what do you think?

1) Jelq-stretches in the PM Girth Routine (100 for each stretch you would do with the Bathmate)

2) Passive stretching in the extender after supersets in the SG have been completed (this would mean passive stretching is done from
2PM until the PM Girth session).

You could use the Slow Squash Jelq for a 20-30 minute session that would be a good work out instead of the Bathmate.
