  • hey saw post from way back 2016 you said you had been doing PE for around 13 months and really no gains, maybe .2 if that. it was suggested that you increase tension on the stretches. you said you were already using decent strength but i think considering going harder? how did all this turn out? were you able to make gains using more power in the stretches? i'm stuck too..
