thanks DLD, I didn't sign in when i looked at the first thread of this page so i didn't see the picture. guess I should be more thorough next time. anyway, as I've seen from other posts, customization is high for this one, so as long as you're getting that expansion, then I guess it doesn't really matter how you tweak it (within safe reason). Thanks again for the quick response!
 
i'm sure if you can stimulate yourself to 95% erection you can do it without lube. but I find it works MUCH better paired within a jelqing routine of some sort
 
Dry is far better than wet when doing the Slow Squash Jelq! With lube there is too much slippage, dry allows for much better pressure and stability in the squeeze and squash.
 
Isn't this same as "Plumped Bend" ?? I couldn't find any video material of this so i went to penishealth members area and saw almost the same exsersice with the different name :S

My exercises are copied and stollen from many sites including PenisHealth and Thundersplace. They give no credit where credit is due. SlowSquashJelqs are the best girth exercise in existence, of course our competition is going to steal them.
 
Hey I am a newbie. How long do I have to wait so that I can add the slow squash jelq exercise into my routine? Like how many weeks? I've just started P.E 2 days ago.

When I do starting doing slow squash jelqs how much sets should I start out with and how many min or secs per set would you advise me to do?

I'd still with regular jelqs for the first three months and then bring them in.

Everyone is different and some people are faster to move up in intensity than others. Many will start right off the bat with the SRT Routine, which is pretty much the most intense routine going. Some men will never leave the Newbie Routine and will make all gains there. It is really determinate on your bodies reaction to the exercises and how quickly you gain and heal.
 
I alternate this SSJ with a dual-hand squeeze. When my upper hand gets tired, I just squeeze under the glans instead. With my two hands squeezing after kegeling in blood, it feels like that balloon of a shaft is going to burst. Those veins get huge. :)
 
can SSJ's work to increase EQ like regular jelqs? or is it primarily a girth builder?

I myself do feel that it helps, but not as much as ordinary jelqs. DLD,though says that all types of jelqs inrese EQ, including the SSJ. I guess that it is different for everyone or some jelqs work more than other. :)

Thanks. perfect timed that you mention all different types of jelqs. Last nite I did 5 min behind the balls, 10 mins regular jelqs, 2 mins ssj. (keep in mind i have way loftier goals, but i want to ease into things)....for what its worth i woke up twice in the middle of the nite with ragers...and they felt heavier than normal too.
