Hey guys been pumping seriously since January. I always start off erect. I use a 1.75 inch cylinder (the 1.5 inch one just was too tiny for me and I can't find a 1.65 inch one anywhere). I started off doing normal static pumping of 2 sets of 10 mins each ranging from 5-7hg. I then started doing interval pumping with 2 minute sets for a total of 20 minutes. So Id pump for 2 mins, release a little bit of pressure then pump back to 5-7hg. On my 3rd month (mid march) I decided to start touching 10hg and things were going good, definitely getting some nice expansion. It would be what a lot of people call "a hog" after coming out of the cylinder and I could immediately see and feel the difference. I'd have little to no edema also.

All that being said the last 2 weeks or so Im having trouble getting that expansion. My dick is ok, everything works as it should. Normal erection quality, get morning wood, etc. But now whenever I pump I dont see to have a hog when I come out of the tube and I feel like Im not packing the tube as good as I once was. I can definitely see and feel that its not as big as it was getting before. So I decided to go back to a static pump of the 2 sets of 10 minutes and it was the same little to no expansion.

One thing that might be the cause, and this is just a guess, but my balls attach decently high up my shaft so a good bit of my scrotum skin was always getting pulled into the tube ever since I started pumping. It didnt bother me at all(and still doesnt) but I feel like more of my ball skin goes in there now than before since its getting a slight stretch from also getting pumped. Could that be a cause of my lesser penis expansion? Can the ball skin be taking up valuable real estate in the tube and also some pressure. I ordered a silicone sleeve to put on the bottom so hopefully my ball skin wont get pulled into it anymore but I don't have it yet so I cant test it.

Does anyone else have any ideas of what might be the cause of me getting very little expansion now?
 
I don't think your balls skin is the problem. The problem could be that, your penis has adapted to the pressure you are pumping at. You need to use higher pressure than before.

Try this and let us know how it goes. I noticed that, you didn't say anything about manual girth exercises. Are you just pumping without doing any manual girth exercises?

You should be doing a mixture of pumping and Slow Squash Jelq. The 5x5x3 routine is what you need to be doing.
 
As HG said, your penis is primed and adapted at the beginning of the moderate pressure range. 5 inHg is the beginning of the growth expansion zone. 8inHg is the lower end of the upper limit. 10 inHg is where the upper safety limit is. Just by using 10 inHg for the first 2 minutes, you slam the door wide open for tissue expansion for the rest of the time.

The trick is to soften the tissues at the lower baseline that you have, which is 7inHg. On the second pumping, within that first two minutes, go up 1inHg each day to see what your barely above the comfortable pressure is, where pain should be just barely above the comfortable zone for your penile shaft. This is your new limit barrier breaker. After than first 2 minutes, reduce back down to the baseline. Notice I use the keyword "baseline" a lot. Why? That is your safety number.

As you progress, your tissues will continue to adapt. Just 2 minutes of that higher pressure will stop the body from adapting. I even test the unsafe barrier once at 16inHg using the water, and that's a bit no-no beyond 20 seconds. However, it was amazing. The inner tissues felt like it was snapping wide open for more expansion. I will slowly work up to 1 minutes down the road. However, the warning to you is, work your way up. Safely and efficiently.

You are correct. I dont do any manuals because I only get about 30-45mins alone a day, just enough time to fit in about 20-25mins of pumping after getting hard and finish with a quick shower. Is there anything I can do in the shower for like 5-10mins after I pump

I normally do the first 5 mins at 5hg, then the next 5 at 7. Then I take a 2 minute break and start my next set off at 7 and do the last 5mins of that at 10. If I go much higher dont i enter the unsafe category of pressure

Last pumping, do the same thing again, but this time, it will be dynamic pumping. 1 minute at baseline, 1 minute at higher pressure. Why? Tissue reprogramming.

If you can after pumping, use both the method of an all day stretcher with a larger vacuum cup to accommodate your glans and use restrictive post pumping routine that is hidden, stressing at 1.5lbs of traction force. What you are doing is elongation and expansion at the same time, stretching every directions to max cell growth. If you need sciences to support you on this, we can talk about it in details. Try this method and monitor for expansive growth for the next two weeks. If you see growth pattern, stick with it until you plateau out. If not, we'll switch up to a different method.

45 minutes is enough time to do the 5x5x3 routine. You should be able to pump and do Slow Squash Jelq in 45 minutes.

Ive tried jelqing but I get erect almost immediately and Ive heard that jelqing while erect can be dangerous right?

Nope. It actually helps even more. When erected, you're softening the erectile tissues even more to accommodate more volumes.

The dangers is due to mechanical portion of the past routines. They over pressurize the penis using clamps and constricting pumps where the internal blood pressure went past 14inHg. This is way past the internal safety pressure limit. Blood bumps are an indicator.

I dont have the privacy to do anything much more than my allotted time sadly. I will try your method though.

If you truly have a bit of time to integrate as portion of the 5x5x3, why not. It may be 5 x 7 x 3.

Definitely. Do not take one of the routines as an end all routine to must stick by. It's a constant personal evolution of the routines to make the routine more efficient for you. The routines that DLD came up with are the base routines.

Test it. But I would recommend that you stay off dorsal veins and arteries. Some have experienced problems due to pushing on those to hard. As I said on the side are in my option much better.

Agree. We need to be creative to optimize the routine for ourself.
