I'm going to give this a go myself. Discovered I measured wrong and am actually only 4.8 inches in girth. Which is rather paltry.

Nice illustration, but it looks like you are pushing it down as if you were trying to bend it. Is that what you're supposed to be doing???

not necessarily. You just have to put pressure on your dick form the top. You can also move it around in circles or bend it a bit while doing the SSJ but personally I'd refrain from that until you developed a good feeling for the exercise. Especially bending the penis while 100% erect can be dangerous. I only do that when my erection already got a bit softer.

alright thanks. Thats kind of what I figured, but just making sure.

Excellent description. Steady pressure in all ways from the top to take advantage of every position there may be gains.

hi ive been reading that its good to do these inbetween pumping, i just wondered if i pump for 5 minutes would i then be able to get an erection hard enough to do these ssjs? i think my erection would be to spongey to perform these

Should not be a problem at all, pumping does not cause any type of eq issues. Visual stimulation greatly helps so having some sexy pictures or videos to view will really aid ion proper eq.

I've seen the drawings DLD did and read the descriptions and I feel like I'm doing them right but I would still love to see a video demonstration of this. I've searched everywhere and haven't been able to find one.

It'd be one long video if it was done right. As long as you're jelqing at max EQ, as slowly as possible, with blood pushing slightly from your head to your shaft, you're doing them right.

There is videos on the members site

Hey......I've been doing the SSJ for abt 3 or 4 weeks now and I hav not seen any results.....I see slight expansion while doing it....but wen I measure on a normal day,I'm the same as before.....how long should I do this before expecting results?

And another question.....I need to know if I'm doing the SSJ right......I get my self fully erect, kegel blood into my dick then clamp off at the base......then I use the palm of my free hand and push my dick down to the right until my erection goes down, then I massage my dick until I hav optimum erection again then I push it down in the centre, then the same and push it down to the left....then I massage it again and clamp at the base then jelq up an inch and use the free hand to grab beneath the head and I try to push each hand into each other........then I repeat until 40mins is over......am I doing it right,if not.....wat an I doing wrong?

You should not expect overnight results, that's not the way PE works. The more often you measure and the higher your expectations are- the more you will be disappointed. If you see slight expansion- I can only assume you are not doing it right- it is either that you have not clamped hard enough at the base (which allows the blood to flow out rather than stay inside and cause an expansion) or that you are not eretion enough to see results. Around 90% EQ is perfect for this exercise. Another thing you could be doing wrong is- you might not applying enough force. I can not tell you where you are wrong, but you need to 1st understand how this exercise works. Once you do- ask yourself- on theory this exercise is AMAZING! I am not getting the AMAZING results- what is it that I can be doing wrong-am I lettig blood flow out, am I erect enough, am I applying enough force to the penis?

http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ter-expansion.html?highlight=Slow+Squash+Jelq This is how you do it- whateve is written in that thread- that's it. :)

Another thing that can help you- I know of a thread that is long forgotten, but VERY useful. It really helped me with my girth work. Take a look ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...he-next-level.html?highlight=Slow+Squash+Jelq ). If you need any help or anything, we are aound! All the best, Zam! :)

In principle this exercise is very simple to conduct. Key to get intensity in is to apply sufficient force to your base with your clamping hand (as it is with all other girth exercises). Thus, as I suspect, the problem most PErs have who don't get much expansion out of it is, that you don't or can't clamp off your base tight enough.
Other than that, many questions concerning the SSJ address secondary aspects of it which can be varied to regulate intensity: such is whether you clamp off at your very base and stay there or move up an inch, if you should start with 80 or 100% EQ or if you should move around your dick with your heel or not. Use your knowledge about blood flow mechanics and common sense here: if your intensity is too low or your erections vanishes too fast, start with 100% erection and spare any bending movement (for it accelerates the blood reflux) and just push down with your heel straight (like crushing a coke can as someone said here in colorful comparison) and/or push down harder with the upper hand. If your erection begins to subside (which it inevitably will in the course of the conduction) then you can loosen your clamping grip for a split second and kegel hard to get blood in again and/or move up an inch with your clamping hand. Otherwise (in case you already have good expansion at that point) you can begin to bend and move around your penis to punctually aim at different areas.
And if your hands are just too weak to get the job done and all these modifications fail, get a clamp or at least a tight cock ring as a substitute for your base hand.

To sum things up: there are a lot of possible variations of performing this exercise which are all "correct". It depends on your specific situation-related needs which one is to prefer.

I think my problem is that I'm not clamping hard enough....my hand tends to get weak really fast,so at first I'm really hard then I goes down fast.......that cross leg thin u sent me seems like it wud fix this issue tho,so I'll try it later today

excellent post AlloyCG It clears everything about slow squash jelqs.
I have a bent penis and i was wondering if i could bend my penis in other direction with some force . Will this correct the bend by any chance?
Also is it alright if i do these jelqs with a cock ring or shoelace tied?

shoelaces can get stuck. don't use them. check out this thread on DLD bends. they are great for girth and curve correcting.
